Bob Snyder, who represents the fourth generation of ownership, has worked in the mechanical contracting sector since he was young. Bob has extensive experience across various business aspects, including Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Engineering, Drafting, Purchasing, IT, and Financial Management. Alongside his management experience, Bob has worked in tool and fabrication shops, spent time in the field with service technicians, and gained hands-on skills collaborating with plumbers and pipefitters.
Bob has committed a great deal of time to the Mechanical Contracting Association of New Jersey and the Industry Council, currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer on the Board of Directors. Additionally, Bob has been a Trustee for Plumbers Local 24 and is currently involved with Pipefitters Local 475.

We had a plumbing issue on a Sunday. Granted, it was a minor one but not having a working shower in household of four people (including one elderly who cannot take baths and a teenager that is in the shower all the time) is a big deal and an emergency to us. Binsky saved the day for us. Not only did they respond promptly for same day service but showed up when they said they would. We received great service with getting the issue resolved and they had dog treats on hand for our curious pups to boot, makes them winners in our book! I would highly recommend Binsky to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.
Well, let me start off by saying anytime something breaks in your home it can cause some anxiety. First time homeowner and was genuinely worried when the heat stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. However everyone in the Binsky team can really calm those nerves quickly. Everyone and everything from the initial phone call to the technician were great. Dennis was awesome, friendly knowledgeable and funny to say the least. He walked me through everything showed me exactly what was being replaced. No hidden costs fees or work. Again, Binsky if you guys read these reviews thank you again and please tell Dennis thank you !!! If not I'll tell him in the spring when he does the maintenance checkup. Binsky and team, keep doing what you're doing you definitely have a customer for life! As someone who is in the customer service industry I have to say that you guys absolutely killed it! Thank you all again!
I would never use Binsky Home again. They charge for a contract, then they try to over charge you for any work that is preformed. Never even fixed my problem!
Outstanding service! Last Sunday are water heater and sump pump both failed, which meant we ended up with 3 inches of water in our basement. To add to the stress we had our entire family coming for Thanksgiving. I called Binksy and could not be happier with their responsiveness, expertise and service. Within a short time Ray was here evaluated the situation and worked non-stop to fix the problems. Ray did a great job and I would definitely recommend him and Binsky company. Thank you. By the time our guests came Thursday, there was no evidence of the Sunday disaster.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I purchased over 10,000 in equipment (new furnice/air unit) and have continually had problems with them over the last 4 years with keeping appointments for service calls. They show up 2 hours late, and have cancelled appointments after I've taken off from work to be home. No respect for customers time. My patience has run out. SHAME ON YOU!!!
Bill W.I saw all the 5 star ratings and thought ""too good to be true"". After working with them I'd say they're good, but not great. The guy who came to work on my Carrier furnace that kept shutting off on high limit, told me they work with Lenox, and wasn't familiar with my Carrier system (not comforting). He also told me he could use a manometer to do some testing, but his boss had the instrument. He called Carrier tech support, but didn't write anything down that they told him (again, not comforting). He offered me two options for potential repairs: a $300 and a $1650 job. Luckily, while he was doing his work, I was reading the manual, and I insisted the problem be remedied by increasing the blower speed, which he did, and seemed to fix the problem. After that fix seemed to work, and I told him I wasn't going to sign up for any of the maintenance plans, he left quickly after telling me something like: yeah, it may work now, but who knows once we go away. Of course, that's just my perspective on things, but I think it's a fair assessment.

I thought the 5 stars were to good to be true. I was wrong.
The furnace blew out on us two days before severe cold weather was going to hit! With our luck it happened late in the evening and we were having trouble finding someone after hours.
I called Binsky and spoke to the manager. She was very professional and polite and reassured me that she can have a technician come out as soon as possible.
With in the hour their technician Rob arrived and tried trouble shooting the system and unfortunately he was unsuccessful. Heaters were provided in the intrim.
Not once did we feel the only solution was a new system. Rob was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us options. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable doing business with this company.
The sales manager Kelsey DeAngelo contacted me bright and early the next day to get this taken care of right away.
Through the entire stressful process of worrying about replacing the entire unit or just the part, Kelsey was great! She expressed that her priority in whatever decision we made was getting the work done as soon as possible. She was very patient and professional.
I HIGHLY recommend this company! They take customer service to the next level! We will definitely keep doing business with you guys!

Arcadio M.Nicholas and Luis provided great service. Along the way they explained to me everything that they were doing and why they had to do it. When the project was finished they demonstrated how to use all of the new equipment. Not only did they arrive on time, but they finished ahead of schedule. A+ quality service, I recommend Binsky Home to anyone looking for service to their heating/ac units. By far the best price when I needed emergency service a week ago and they even loaned me free portable AC units till my job was complete.
