I canceled my service contract with Binsky Home in May of 2021. In June of this year, they began charging me the monthly premiums of $15.94 once again. When I called, the agent informed me that instead of cancelling my contract, the agent gave me a free year membership unbeknownst to me. The agent acknowledged the problem, canceled my service and issued me a refund on August 15th, for $47.82 (June, July and August). To date I have not received my refund and I have called numerous times. Whenever I am issued refunds from merchants, they are normally posted to my account within 72 hours. I have written to the Better Business Bureau and they are investigating. What a total waste of my time...buyer beware!

I signed up with their partner plan because I thought it was a good deal. I used to deal with Dennis, who was honest and reliable. He is no longer with the company now and conveniently the last two times they came for their seasonal checkup, something broke the next day. I don't trust them. They also cancelled my last appointment 3x because of staffing issues. Canceling my partner plan and looking elsewhere.

I scheduled service over two weeks ago. They were supposed to come to my home on 11/17 and called me on 11/16 at 5 PM to tell me that they can't make it. This is the type of service this place provides. She told me that they have a staffing issue but it's calling me the day before to cancel.

I recently moved to New Jersey and found that the previous owners had falsified documents declaring AC/Heater to be in good working order. I had several companies bid on the project and decided to go with Binsky. They didn't quote the best cost but I selected them based on quote in the right ballpark, demonstrated knowledge at the time of quote as well as consistency. I also gave some weight on Yelp reviews.

Two, technicians showed up on time on the day of installation and were very courteous and professional (most of my interface was with the lead). I periodically checked on work and the quality of work was very good (and detailed). The one downside was that, after 12 hours, now 8p and on the day of the Ida storm, they had not completed the job. The A/C and heater were working fine but they didn't connect the humidifier. The lead tech told me the office would call to schedule the follow-up. I waited more than a week (considering impact of the storm), then contacted them and got a date for finishing the job, a few weeks after the install. There was no big issue since not using the humidifier but this indicated issues with their scheduling of work.

The person that visited our house to respond to request for quote portrayed themselves as more of a senior technician but is clearly a sales person. However, she was very attentive and checked with the office quickly on the few questions that arose. Also, she was hesitant to propose a needed upgrade to the existing unit and more followed by lead. However, after having a signed contract pretty much disappeared from the deal leaving me with no direct contacts at the office for issues.

Binsky could improve upon that by having a direct contact identified from beginning to end. There's also room to improve scheduling and proactive follow up to jobs.

I still recommend Binsky as a good option but, should install be delayed, I suggest withholding an pay amount commensurate with the work yet to be performed.

I still have warranty on the part of my air conditioner, they said they will not charge my part when repair, however, the labor cost they charged me was unbelievable high. I truly feel that what so called warranty from Binsky is useless. No matter what, they will charge you with the same amount of money unless the labor is still under warranty. Also, I tried their services 3 times already, believe it or not, every time they will say they are ""missing"" certain part and waiting for their partner to deliver. They will stay at your place for doing nothing but charge you more hours of labor cost, so be aware their tricks!!

I could not be more disgusted with Binsky home services. After four trips to our home and $1400 to try to repair our Utica boiler, they left empty-handed. We still have no heat and the unit leaks all over the floor. I would not recommend them to a dog.

Clown shop with incompetent management completely focused on upwelling work, no care or focus on customers. Tech was late, couldn't find problem. No call back to resolve. Went elsewhere. Other tech found problem immediately. Heat is working again

Last week my thermostat had an X through it and heat was not working. Searched YELP and saw reviews and called them. The tech was here within two hours. It wasn't the thermostat but the furnace which was over 30 years old. Their salesman came out and we decided to do the furnace and central air system. They had it installed within 24 hours

The only issue we had was the rep talked to us about adding an air scrubber but neglected to add to sales order. But after speaking with him they sent another tech to install it and all is good

I have been trying to get them into my home for initial assessment since last 5 weeks. I called their office multiple times, left voice messages, left query on their webpage and still no response. The came highly recommended from my friends. I finally got hold of them and got initial assessment schedled with Randi. He was suppose to come today, I had cancelled my meetings to facilitate this assessment. Guess what, I receive a Text message at the time of scheduled appointment that Randi can't come. I wonder if it takes this long to schedule an initial assessment, how long will it take them to come an fix anything in future.

The greatest con artist who came to my apartment in thirty years was from Binsky Home/snyder; called because a laundry sink pump was dripping though I'd not done laundry for weeks. He spent an hour doing a dramatic performance that included a ten minute camera conference with his supervisor while they examined my hot water heater, aghast at how unusually it had been piped, that it was connected to a discharge line, was draining into the same line as the sink pump, causing a leak, creating all the damage. He convinced me that I should install shut off valves in the room, to cut and cap the water heater pipe away from a discharge line, and to create another so the hot water heater could drain to an aluminum roasting pan to be placed on the floor: $1,100. If that didn't work, it would be another $2,100 to replace the tank and $965 for a laundry pump. There was little sleep for nights, out of work during a pandemic, panicked about taking a loan to pay for all this; I had friends praying for me. Right before he was to come back to begin the work, I put out a new request on Angie's List. Luis, the owner of FMS Plumbing was at my home ten minutes later. He said you already have shut off valves on top of your water heater and it isn't draining anywhere. It was simple: there had been a clog on the discharge line that was wearing down the motor and together with a leaky faucet had overwhelmed it. He snaked the line to make sure the clog was gone, installed a new pump and faucet: his labor together with cost of the pump and faucet totaled $850. When the Binsky con artist came back and I pointed to the very large shut off valves atop the tank so thoroughly examined, he said he hadn't noticed them. They charged me $50 for this performance. I recorded the whole thing and am reporting this firm to every consumer protection agency I can find.
