Called for a quote on getting a water line extended two feet in the wall and install an ice maker box. Additionally needed an unrelated hot water line and valve under a sink repaired. Days later they came out and insisted to go through the attic at great added expense (we did not want water lines overhead). They quoted $2500 for the fridge and $300 for the minor sink repair. Came off as trying to get one over on a disabled woman. Left the attic door down and a mess under the bathroom sink.
I chose another plumber (D&J ) who charged a much more reasonable $450 for both and did the job in the wall, cleaned up after the work and was in and out in 1.5 hrs.

I had been dreading getting the pipes fixed under my house for one of my bathrooms for quite some time, and had been quoted outrageous estimates in the past. Shawn and JJ came through and was very professional, polite, and extremely helpful. They were transparent and explained everything they were doing which really made me feel comfortable knowing that I was in good hands finally. The job was done is a timely fashion and the cost of the job was very reasonable. I had such a bad experience with the owner over the phone. I asked if there's a free estimate time slot available, and I was not available on the given date and time. I called back second time to see other options, which the owner answered in a very offended, aggressive manner, and as soon as he asks me if I am the previous caller, I get this talk on how I don't "seem willing to work with [him]" and that I "don't want to pay and have [them] pay for everything" just over the phone calls about the schedule for free estimate? I don't understand what the problem he had with me, but he gave me a whole speech about their workers not sitting around waiting for me. What? I called in just to schedule a time slot that they are available, not forcing my schedule to them. Never had this kind of manner and issue with any other company I have encountered.

Went on Angie's list and found these guys. They were extremely quick to respond and come out and provide an estimate. We decided to go with them and they were able to fix our plumbing issues relatively fast. They were also very friendly and fair priced. I would definitely recommend them on any plumbing issue and would certainly use them again.

Binley Plumbing, a company I will call on now for all my plumbing needs. The bid was under my estimate by $450! It was a high labor cost project (water main line under a drive way with plenty of obstacles including a 35 year old tree with roots that the crew had to dig 3 feet down and across 6 feet to the driveway to get to a place to drill under to reach the house side water). Again it was a manual labor intensive project. I did my Google research on the cost before they started and indeed the bid was dead-on as to what Google suggested considering the labor involved. No obstacles on your project? You might pay $1,500 to $2,500 depending on the distance. Keep this in mind! Nonetheless, Chris Binley the owner was very present and participated in a great deal of the project and most of the clean up. Chris' crew includes savvy, well spoken, educated, energetic, friendly and clean-cut men you'd be glad to have on your property. I highly recommend them.

I am solely basing my review today on meeting Chris today and Sean. Also speaking on the phone with Teresa. I have seen many plumbers to get a job done at my parents house. This is the first time I have had someone sit down with me and look me in the eye and explain to me what is needed to be done the proper way. This is a very honest plumber. I don't know if anyone remembers the old time plumbers. The ones that came out and became friends with you for life. I believe this company and Chris would be that guy. I would recommend this company to anyone. Dont take my word for it. Just call them for a free estimate. Can't hurt?
