The sump pump in our house in Worthington started running like crazy and there was tons of water on the curb. We called the public utilities and they determined that the leak was our responsibility. They gave us a 14 day deadline to resolve the issue. That was a distressing experience. Who would we get to do this job? How would we afford 3-4 thousand?

Luckly, someone referred Bing Utilities. I called. I got to talk to the owner. He was very kind and you could tell in the way he spoke and the way explained things that he was well versed in this sort of problem.

He came a day later than expected due to some emergencies elsewhere. His kind attitude, expertise, specialized equipment and price (a fraction of what I heard others had to pay for the same work) made what could have been a terrible experience, into a very, very good experience. Everyone in our family was very happy. Even my father who is an engineer was thrilled with the work and the price. I had to shake Mr. Bing's hand several times thanking him.

He also happily guarantees his work - for 10 years...

This is my first Yelp recommendation. This guy is great and the way he runs his business is of the highest standards. You won't be sorry if you choose to engage his services.

I would recommend Bing Utilities to everyone. The owner came out and gave me an estimate that was less than half of what another company gave me and the work was done ahead of schedule.

DO NOT HIRE BING UTILITIES! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! We hired them to do a whole water line replacement from the road (curbside) to the house (foundation). They left our front yard COMPLETELY torn up saying they would be back to grade and seed our yard (it was part of our contract). Then they DOUBLE CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE JOB! After repeated attempts and phone calls they STILL HAVE NOT GRADED OR SEEDED OUR YARD OR REFUNDED OUR THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! It has been THREE MONTHS!! We have been calling them nonstop with no results. Our next step this week is to contact the BBB, Attorney General, our credit card company for the refund (which they said they would plus the interest accrued because they have already seen the double charge), and I'm planning on contacting 6 On Your Side as well. They're POOR BUSINESS - what a CON JOB! AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE CHASING THEM AND BEING EXTRA CHARITABLE AND PAYING THEM DOUBLE!
