We had Bing install a bathtub/shower. It was installed improperly and creaks and cracks when weight is put on the floor of the tub. I have been told that it may eventually break and should be fixed. After a couple calls, Bing eventually sent a workman who tried to fix it by shooting some sort of foam under it through the wall. The workman said, ""we'll see if that does it, if not, we will have to do something else.""
We thought that the problem was solved, but it shortly began creaking again. I have repeatedly called Bing to try to get him to fix it but he does not even return my calls. I would not recommend this business to anyone. He did not do the job properly to start, then refuses to make it right.

I have had consistent drain issues since I bought my house, and finally got to the point where I had to call a plumber. Paul from Bing was great- he was on time, courteous, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of just snaking the drain he also re-did the pipes under my sink to leave more storage space and allow for better draining. I highly recommend Bing and will be calling them if I need a hand again!
