Called for our hot water heater to look be looked at.
They called to tell me they were coming ""to replace it."" I said ""You didn't even look at it"" the office bat just said ""You don't have water do you?""
Well, I do have water. The pilot isn't staying lit. The two bozos show up and they have ""replace water heater"" on their service call.
When challenged goon went out to call his office to see what they should do. Not the customer the office.
Office told him they don't do parts on 2002 water heaters.
Bilz goons scurried away w/o a word. Office crab is SHADY
BILZ must be under new management. Unprofessional. Rude. Scammers.
They are the best. Have been using them for years. For emergencies, they will work til the job is done.
Unprofessional and unreliable company the workers don't know their jobs.
I lost about $320 with these people and my 3 toilet leaks were not fixed and I had to hire another company to fix their faulty work again.
I do not recommend them at all.
Very friendly office personnel and even more so of the people who came and solved my problems. They even billed me for their services, when others requested payment at time of service. I highly recommend this down to earth company to anyone in need. I have used these numerous times and have never been disappointed. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!
Lori D.We had Bilz install a gas line for an upcoming gas stove install. They were unprepared and had to leave to get something from their shop. When they came back, they completed the install and charged us for two hours of work, some of which was including their driving back to their shop. Since that install, we had been smelling gas in the basement and garage. We waited a week to see if it would disappear but it did not. I called and spoke to the receptionist. I specifically asked if there was going to be a charge to have them come back out. She said, ""well let's see what is wrong first"". They came back out, said they couldn't detect anything, put silicone on the joints and left. Two days later, a $95 bill comes in the mail. This was WRONG!!! Shady business especially when I asked about a charge. No more Bilz for us.
They were responsive, efficient, and fairly priced when our water heater needed to be replaced. The other more popular plumbing ""service"" in Grand Haven was unresponsive and failed to follow through with scheduling.
I asked for a quote on a simple bathtub and sink replacement. Their guy, Dan, spent less than 5 minutes in the house. After three days and two messages I still did not have a quote. When I finally got the quote it was just the total price with no detail. When I asked for more detail they told me to find another plumber. They also made a big deal about their ""FREE"" quote (caps on their original message), which is surprising. Every contractor has provided a free quote and I have had $30,000 of work done on the house. Overall very unprofessional.
