I called Bilo for a small issue with water hammering/shaking water pipes after a new washing machine installation (installed by Home Depot). Bilo responded promptly, but sent two plumbers (one plumber said that the other was 'observing'). The Plumber installed two screw-on dampeners to the water supply for our washing machine. These were listed as $60.00 for the pair on billing statement. They were on the job for approximately 30 minutes. I was charged for two plumbers plus the parts. Bilo never mentioned that they 'always charge' for two plumbers. I will never hire Bilo Plumbing again.
$277.00 for the repair/installation.

Our heating system malfunctioned on a Friday night when we were out of town. We called Bilo, arranged for them to get in the house, and they fixed the problem in a couple of hours, saving us an unplanned trip home or, worse, frozen pipes. Thank you Kevin!

I was very happy with Bilo plumbing, they came out to my house rather quickly and did the job I needed done in a short time. The price was excellent and the repairman was polite and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very Disappointed in this company. After using them for years, they refused to help us fix our heat when we needed them most. Even after telling them we have 3 very cold little children, they told us they wouldn't come out because they previously recommended a new furnace. Our new company had our heat fixed within 5 minutes and confirmed with us what we already knew. We don't need a new furnace. I would not recommend this company as they are not reliable and might leave you out in the cold.

Called them twice to request an estimate for new boiler and water heater. Spoke to office person first time and to answering service the second time. Beyond them no one called me back. It's been nearly a week. Thanks but no thanks.

These guys are fantatic! I called them out of the blue as I had what turned out to be a very rare Grohe water filtration system and it was malfunctioning. Most plumbers have never heard of it - spent a month with Grohe customer service trying to fix it, and they couldn't - so I was getting despaired and banging my head for buying it in the first place. The Grohe person was able to point me to only two places around Boston that could possibly help me. I called one place closer to me first and I could never get them to return my phone calls, let alone listen to my issue. Then I called Bilo, they confirmed that they serviced my area, and even better: they had exactly the same filter in their office. Before I knew it, their repair person Ian was at my home and replaced the whole system (in the meantime, I got a replacement system from the dealer where I bought it), and the final bill came lower that what was quoted as Ian spent less time than anticipated - honest and fair, very professional, and much appreciated! I am one happy customer - thank you Bilo!

My boyfriend and I just had some plumbing work done by Bilo Plumbing and Heating and couldn't be happier. Not only is the work done flawlessly, but it even looks nice! We will never use any other company for plumbing at heating work. This place gets an A+ from us!
