We called Billy's Plumbing on a Monday to schedule work to be done on Wednesday. Once I took off work waited at home for hours, then placed a call to them they decided they could not make it out to do the work. Very frustrating when they scheduled themselves to be here! I would not recommend contacting them, but cannot say about the service, since they never showed up.
