Second time we have used Billy's and on this second visit specifically asked for Frank who took care of a previous problem. Billy's responded in a timely manner, a very reasonable price and Frank was again professional, solved the problem and left the service area slightly cleaner than when he arrived.

I have used Billy's previously & have been pleased. this time, during one of the heavy rains, I found that the drains were blocked in the backyard & the were large pools of water. Bill was here within 11/2 hours to clear the drains.
I also had slippage of soil on my hillside & he returned a couple of days later to tarp it for me.I was very pleased with what he didf & his rapid response.

I called Billy's Plumbing this morning. The scheduler Betty was extremely responsive and eager to help. She was able to get a plumber out to my house in just a few hours. The plumber Frank figured out the problem and was able to fix it. The people were all a pleasure to deal with and if I need a plumber in the future I will definitely call Billy's. I will also happily refer them to my friends. Also the cost was reasonable

In the past, I was lucky that the warranty company sent out this company to complete my plumbing issues. This time the warranty company sent out another company but the work was not covered. I contacted Billy's due to my previous experience with them. As usual, they were very friendly and managed to have someone come out the very next day. Frank was the technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Billy's.

One bathroom sink was clogged and the other sink had low water pressure. Frank fixed both issues. My daughter was home, she said he was nice, courteous and funny.

Do you know what its like to have a clogged sewer ? Never mind the shower !
You can't poop in the toilet ! because the stuff that comes out of the cleanup thingy is so disgusting that you will throw up when you see it.

Billy's Plumbing installed a new pipe from the cleanup opening to the DWP line in the street.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and was leaking. Called our home insurance company to get a plumber referral. That plumbing company was slow to respond and after almost a week later had to call the home insurance company for another referral.

Betty from Billy's Plumbing and Rooter replied quickly and set up an appointment for the following morning.

The plumber was scheduled for between 9:00am-12:00pm. He showed up at 9:00am.

Frank was friendly and professional. After he determined that the garbage disposal couldn't be fixed, he got authorization from the company to install a new disposal.

We now have a new disposal and I'm grateful for the service provided by Frank and Billy's Plumbing and Rooter!

This is the second time we have used Billy's. We needed a toilet install. I checked with a couple other Plumbers in the area. Billy's was the lowest quote by over $50. We had to wait a few days but that wasn't a problem since this was a second bath. Billy's is very responsive by either text or email. Sebastian arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left no mess. I had a question about the second toilet. Sebastian took the extra time to answer my questions and inspect the other toilet. I'm so thankful because he found a hairline crack in that one. I will be using Billy's again in the near future to replace the second toilet.

Billy's Plumbing, namely Sebastian, was truly my hero of the day! He came and assessed my deck drains and confirmed my worst fears; roots and pine needles packed tight from top all the way down to the street with only a dribble coming thru. First he snaked it all the way down on both sides of the property but the roots were thick so he brought in a hydro guy for both the needles and the roots, yet still there was stoppage until he dug up and replaced 10' of pipe that had a root 6 inches thick filling and crushing the ABS pipe near closed. They worked in the dark to keep their word and to be honest, my yard looked better and more even than before! I must give Sebastian and Pedro a 10 each along with a third helper who ran in at the end with the new pipe in hand! Extremely professional and knowledgable! Excellent company and quite willing to work with you! What more could you ask?
