I had the misfortune of having this plumber sent to my house by my home warranty company. Within 30 seconds of his arrival, he starting my issue was not covered. After telling him to call the office to confirm, he realizes he is wrong and proceeds to find every reason possible not to do any work. My water pressure regulator failed and he refused to touch it. Just shook his head and said ""there's nothing I can do"".

I reported this incompetent fool to my home warranty company. The promptly sent another contract who pleasantly fixed the issue.

Had a problem with my kitchen sink leaking. Called Billy's at 10:30. Nice and professional lady answered the phone. After
telling her the problem she said she would call me back. 10 minutes later she did (wow) and said someone would be out
from 12:00 - 4:00. At 12:30 Billy was at my door. NEVER have I had such luck with a plumber. He fixed the problem within
30 minutes and was gone. Very professional. Anyone needing a plumber, give this company a try. You won't be disappointed.

Out of nowhere our bathtub wouldn't turn off....crazy! You try diving out of the shower while the water is still running! Anyway- had to turn off the main water line to the house otherwise we would be paying a crazy water bill. It was Friday afternoon and I had nightmare thoughts that a plumber wouldn't get here until Monday...and even then, I would imagine he would have to order a part, and then finally get it fixed a week later. How could you keep the water for a family of 6 off for that long!?! Boy I was sweating! There was no doubt I would have to turn the water back on and we would single handedly get us back in the drought!

I called Billy's and said ""Help!""....Esperanza answered and was so nice and helpful...within an hour the Billy's truck showed up. Fernando was the tech and he came in, and within 15 minutes, the shower was working perfectly again!

What a great experience, and I certainly would recommend Billy's!

Our sewer line backed up and within hours, Bill fixed it and had us up and running--and cleaning up the grossness in our shower. I can't thank him enough for his prompt courteous service and reasonable charge. It's so nice to have contractors who are on time and who charges are fair.

I had a backed shower and kitchen drain. Two other plumbers said it was a main line, that there was no way to get to it to snake it and that it would cost at least $3800 to replace the main line and I would have to tear up the bathroom

Billy came at a time that suited my schedule, worked until he found a blockage in my kitchen drain and cleared in quickly. He was absolutely wonderful, responsibe, friendly, upbeat, intelligent and diligent. I have found my LA plumber for life. That is the way a business should be run.

As a homeowner, through the years you need a plumber... I just needed one and it was Billy's Plumbing and Rooter. I don't ever remember someone so competent and experienced with an ease and honesty as Billy. I am going to recommend him to every person I know! He is not just great he is phenomenal. We had a clogged kitchen sink and called Billy's. They were referred by a neighbor. Billy's came to the house in record time, was courteous, clean, and very pleasant. Very honest! Unclogged the sink and let us know that in time we might have to replace some plumbing, but right now was ok. Could have lied and tried to replace immediately but thank goodness was totally honest and just had to be unclogged. Would refer to anyone! Great company.

Our home warranty picked this company to look at a drainage leak. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't covered under the warranty but luckily Sean and the company were able to work with us (we weren't sure we would be able to cover the costs) and gave us a discount. In addition they started as soon as we double checked things and finished a major repair that involved digging a substantial hole , cutting cast iron and putting everything in place all in one day. They seem like a good company and Sean seems like a trustworthy guy.
