Our shower/tub was no longer draining and nobody could get rid of whatever was causing the clog, until Sebastian from Billy's Plumbing and Rooter came to the rescue. A week prior, my fiance's father AND two professional plumbers tried to snake the drain using different snakes but were all unsuccessful when none of the snakes could go pass the p trap. Both plumbers said we would need to replace the p trap in order to solve the problem and gave me quotes ranging from $800 to $1200 since our house is on a concrete slab and they would need to use a jackhammer to get in there. As a last resort, I decided to call my home warranty and see if any of this was covered. It was and they sent us Sebastian! Sebastian had no problem maneuvering the snake as the others did, and the clogged drain was resolved in a matter of minutes. He was able to get the snake five feet down, whereas the others could only go two feet. We were honestly shocked. I don't know what he did differently than the others, but we were so happy to avoid $800-$1200. Thank you Sebastian!!!!!!!

Had Billy's Plumbing and Rooter out to my home for a leak coming from unknown location. They were very knowledgeable was able to locate leak and get it repaired quickly and at a fair price. Will be using them from now on. Great plumbers and office staff was very helpful.

Horrible ! Do not use this company! After what would have been a simple snake job, the repairman claimed he broke a pipe. And he wanted to repair it. Of course I said no.
Horrible! I was trying to reach Billy Rush and this is not the same person. Beware!
I should have read the other horrible reviews before hiring them.

We called Billy's (referred by a friend) because our dishwasher and sink were backing up. They responded to our call quickly, showed up within hours, and fixed the issue right away. Our technician, Brad, was friendly, professional, and skilled. He explained every step to our thoroughly and showed us exactly where the problems were. The final price was very reasonable and the sink is working perfectly again.

Billy's plumbing and rooter was a refreshing surprise to other plumbing business that we've dealt with. Starting from the initial call. Suzanne was welcoming, quick to schedule an appointment that was convenient to our schedule. When we had to replace our water heater, she made sure to make the appropriate calls based on our needs and promised to call us back within the hour and she was prompt with her promise. She called us back within the hour!
The techs were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Our nightmare could've lasted longer but with their efficiency, we were able to set an appt with a new heater within a few days.
Highly recommend them.

Needed a new water heater, they quoted me 65% more than a competitor did the job for. It was disappointing because I had to get a quote from them because of my American Home Shield Warranty. Do your research, many similar complaints about this company. They will collect the $75 service fee and quote an extremely high price for the service. Great business plan for them, awful for the consumers.

Billy's came out to my house in May to fix a screw up from another plumber. He was fast and knowledgeable. He cleaned up a mess the other guy made and confirmed the repair was good.

He was sent from my home warranty company. I will be using him for other projects because I know he can be trusted and does good work.

We had a stoppage in the kitchen sink. Billy's was the second plumbing company that our warranty company sent over. As we requested a second opinion because the first plumber spent maybe 20 minutes, made the mess bigger and said we needed a clean out valve installed and it would cost $950. Pedro the tech with Billy's was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly brought his equipment, used shock vac and ran the snake from under the sink NOT the top! And the problem was fixed!!! He was very thorough , filled the sink several times, checked the clean out valve outside and cleaned after himself. We are a military family new to the area and first time homebuyers. we won't need them BUT we certainly will be using them for any future issues. I really really appreciate them squeezing us in today and their honest work! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!

Very disappointed in the final result. I give 2 stars because the technician that came to my house - Hector - was great. Hector arrived a little late from the ""window"" they gave me, but he really seemed to care to make sure to do what needed to be done - probably why he was late from the prior job, so I completely on-board.
Unfortunately, this was part of a home warranty claim and when Billy's office reported the results to the home warranty company the seem to have over-ruled Hector's diagnosis and stated that they could not provide an adequate diagnosis until THEY completed part one of the repairs. The cost for repairs was more than the Home Warranty would pay, so I shopped for a couple other bids. Found one that would save a good amount of money, so I went with the other guys. The Home Warranty will not pay for the 2nd part of the repair because Billy's still claims that they could not diagnosis - even though Hector did when he was at home.
I lost $100 because of this. It's less than the difference in Billy's quoted repair costs and what I actually had done, so just moving on with life. Too bad though, really wanted to give a great review for Hector.

These guys are the worst and have attitude. After being back-burnered for a week because they were being contracted by my homeowner warranty insurance for a toilet replacement, they finally show up almost 3 hours later than designated. The 2 '""plumbers"", and I use the term loosely, proceed to remove the old toilet. The lead dude ""Gilmer"" or something like that is an absolute asshole. He starts arguing with me that the homeowners warranty should not be covering this replacement, although it had already been inspected, reviewed and approved. I walked away. 10 minutes later they are done and ready to go. I check the job after. The toilet is filthy and it wobbles! I called Billy's. They sent the dudes back. He tightened the toilet. It still wobbled. H told me that it needed caulking and they left. Knowing my way around plumbing and toilet installation, I knew he was full of shit and had improperly installed the toilet. Called the warranty company. They dispatched another plumber who showed up promptly and confirmed that the toilet was indeed, improperly installed. He reinstalled the toilet with new wax rings and now the toilet is stable as it should be. Spoke back with Billy who was totally ambivalent. We ended up trading insults back and forth instead of him manning up and apologizing. He is a jerk. And a crook, in my humble opinion. And incompetent.
Totally incompetent. If you want to get ripped off then these are the ones to do so, IN MY OPINION. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY!
