We had several house projects including grout and electrical. First time using Billy but he was very fast to come out and provide an estimate and was able to return the following week and complete all work. Very professional and good work. Thanks Billy, we will certainly call you again.

I contacted this service provider to give an estimate on a potential job. I received a call in response to an e-mail I wrote about my issue and was """"put on the schedule"""" for a week out at my requested time, because they were """"booked"""" until then. Okay, that's fine. A week later, and I waited at the agreed upon time (early in the day like first appointment, maybe second)....and NOTHING. No call no real text. Then 3 hours later I receive a text...is there still someone home to give an estimate to? Really? Then when I sent a response I get a message saying I have been blocked. So, they obviously had no intention of coming out for just an estimate. How do you send a potential client a message, but their number is then blocked. I'm not confident this is a reliable provider who is able to do what is posted. Be careful of this one would be my advice. No, I didn't meet him, but he had a week to respond if there was an issue, and then the day of he could have called. None of this was done, so I would not recommend this service provider.

Billy and his colleague did a great job hanging our foyer light. Very efficient, on time and reasonably priced.

Billy is very knowledgeable and professional in his work. He has done a number of jobs for us including rewiring a chandelier, adding wall sconces, adding outlets, moving ceiling lights, and mounting a flat screen tv. He has always done an excellent job and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. In addition he's a really nice guy.

They mounted 4 TV's for me and did an excellent job. Fast, efficient, honest, and fair pricing.

In the process of selling my house and had a couple of jobs that needed expertise and Billy the handy man to the rescue. This guy needs a cape. Did the jobs in a few hours and I have no complaints. I would recommend him for any job that isn't your normal DIY project. Heck even those I'm sure he can knock it out in no time. So you got a job, do yourself a favor and just call Billy's handyman service

Billy is professional, efficient, hard working, and not a procrastinator with chitchat. He arrived on time and completed all the projects on my list. He is honest, priced fair, and kind, and communicated well. We will use him again for future projects. He and Cody did a great job.

First, just in case you are the type of person that reads just a line or two, RUN! Worst Contractor I Have Ever Dealt With! Now, I think everyone reading this needs to be aware that as of 7/20/2019 if you go to the Georgia Board of Professional Licensing and run a search, you will not find a plumbers or an electricians license for Billy Cunningham. Additionally, you will also discover that Billy does not hold a Residential Basic Contractors License and legally cannot work on any project worth more than $2,500.00 in the state of Georgia. The reviews written and posted on this site by William C. were written by Billy himself, and the reviews by Tammy C. were written by Billy's wife, both violate the YELP review guidelines. If you pay close attention to the reviews written by both William and Tammy, many of the photo are the exact same pictures used in both reviews. The website for Billy's Handyman Services claims they are a small, christian based company specializing in plumbing and electrical work. A fraud going to church once a week is no more a christian that standing in the plumbing section of a big box store makes me a plumber. On May 3, 2019, I hired Billy to do all the electrical and plumbing work for a complete basement finish. Plumbing was to include installing a toilet, bath tub, bathroom vanity, bar sink, and tank less hot water heater. In addition, I needed a bad pressure valve changed, my old hot water heater, removed, and a hose bib added to my house. Electrical work involved wiring and installing a sub panel, all outlets, ceiling lights and ceiling fans; wiring and installing wall switches for all ceiling fixtures, installing a bathroom exhaust fan, vanity lights, and 30 amp service for an additional heating an air conditioning unit. During the initial walk thru, Billy stated that after all of the framing was done, it would take him approximately one week to complete this job. Today, approx 10 weeks after paying Billy 75% of the estimate, not one of the above items is complete. I have had to reschedule drywall and painting contractors numerous times because they need Billy to finish so they can work. My heating and air conditioning unit install cannot be finished and the system charged since Billy has yet to install the emergency cuts offs that are required. After telling me that he changed my pressure valve and just needed to adjust it, I find the tag on the valve dated 2006. My old hot water heater is still sitting in the upstairs closet, I am sure by now full of stagnant water. As for that hose bib, maybe it is a blessing that he never installed it. Now let me mention the things that Billy has completed, my bathtub was installed without a P trap on the drain, there was no plumbers putty used on the drain trim kit, and no PVC glue used on the drain lines fittings. The drain line for the bathroom vanity was cracked where it entered the floor, so both of these drains are useless. As for my wonderful bar sink, I have incoming water lines, but no drain line at all. The exhaust fan has been wired, but never vented to the exterior. Since this is a basement bathroom without a functioning window, an exterior vent is a code requirement. Now for the best part, every waterline connector, T, elbow, etc. was done with shark bites designed for temporary use and not for permanent installation. Basically, I have no option but to have all of this crap removed and replaced since the only thing correct is the placement of blue lines for cold water and red for hot. On July 19, 2019, I hired a certified Rinnai installer to repair and bring to code the new tank less that I just paid Billy to install. It was missing an expansion tank , the wrong size gas line was used, the gas cut off valve was placed on the wrong side of the line, the required drip leg on the gas line is missing, the new gas meter connections were not painted gray, and since the exhaust pipe was installed incorrectly (about 4 inches from level) the top of the tank was damaged and the main exhaust exiting the tank from the heat exchanger needs to be replaced. Of course since the damage occurred due to improper installation, these repairs are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. One would think that with all of half finished or unaddressed issues, Billy would be reaching out attempting to get this job finished. Well I have not heard from Billy for over 2 weeks. If you confront or question him about a problem, every other word out of his mouth is an excuse or an out right lie. When I contacted him on a Friday evening concerning a water leak in one of his newly installed lines, he told me to cut the water off and he would see me Monday. Customer Service sucks, there is no sense of urgency unless it is to collect a check and run to the bank. This company is the exact reason why contractors are required to take exams, apply for professional licenses, and maintain their continuing education.

i have called Billy twice over the past 2 years for some plumbing repairs. He responds quickly and his prices are very fair. He is honest and the quality of his work is top notch. I won't hesitate to call him again.

Thanks to Billy's services. Came in gave me a quote returned the next week. Job done. Sounds easy and it was. The guys were on time(early) polite and knowledgeable. On returning they were early had the supplies I needed and got about the job. After finishing they cleaned up and took away the garage. This was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them again. I will be sure to use them for all my future needs.
