We had a leak related emergency last night and didn't know who to call. We tried a few other businesses and everyone else was booked or closed. Thankfully we found these guys. The friendly and responsive dispatcher put us in touch with Quan who came to our rescue at almost midnight and stayed until 2 AM.
We really appreciate him coming all the way from Allen to our home over an hour away from his after he had just returned home for the night. Sorry Quan's wife (-__-;). Thanks for your help guys!

I needed to replace the water outlet behind the fridge. BillyGo was the only provider available to take care of the leak before it caused even more damage. I don't have a solid grasp of rates on plumbing jobs but I have a strong sense that I have over paid for the service.
Other than this, I am satisfied with the titimelineslynes, responsiveness and quality of work done.

If you value money do not use this company. Are the responsive? Yes. Do they do good work? Yes pretty much. If you have no other option and have a major issue, maybe use them. But I would recommend trying your hardest to find another company. I can give you a list of 5 other plumbers just as good and 1/2 to 1/3 the cost. I believe if you don't know any better then you would pay the price. I used them 2 years ago and the price was low and competitive. Fast forward to now and the cost has increased more than 400% for labor only. That's ridiculous.

I read multiple negatives renews about BillyGO and was initially very skeptical.
Yes, I would admit their prices are slightly on the high end. However, I'm giving five stars, and I do not regret paying a little more for the outstanding service I received from the technician named Rhetts and their schedule/administrative service.
Rhetts came on time 100% prepared to identify the issue with my water heater and explained the root of the problem and ways to resolve it.
He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his diligence and think out of scope.
He is the guy who goes above and beyond to get things done well.
No such nonsenses like; This is a unique problem, this is not as easy as it may appear, I need to run to Home Depot, or I cannot do this because I have another customer in an Hour, etc.
I do not know about all technicians working at this company. But I highly recommend BillyGO if you want service on time and Rhetts as a technician for all your plumbing needs.
Also, scheduling on their website is as simple as it gets, without stupid questions, just straight to the point.

Though I had not heard of this company before, I am so happy that I found and chose them.
The are the nicest people who made temporary repairs, required by all insurance companies. They were quick to respond, honest and gave me a extremely fair price. I would not use any company other than BillyGo and recommended them to friends and neighbors.

To all BillyGo staff, thank you for a great job, helping me in a time of need. You are certainly earned my 5 star review. You all even 6 months after the job, knew me, the job and specific details that really helped me with litigation against my insurance company, Liberty Mutual who have avoided in paying for TRUE damages that they owe. BillyGos notes from the beginning were correct, honest and well documented and have the same HONEST evaluation and memory so many months after the repair.
I can only hope that this review gets you more business, but more importantly gives people the knowledge that they are making the right decision to hire you. There is not 1 thing that they could improve on, perfection is as high as it gets.

My tech was Keith Morrison and I must admit I was a bit nervous about my issue of the leak. However he was patient and informative and took the time to make sure I knew options that may come up. He made me feel better about leaving my plumbing problems to this company!

These gentlemen are the best. Honest work, honest pricing, courteous, respectful. They have a genuine interest in doing the best work possible. Would use them again and would recommend to anyone needing plumbing of any kind. Also very prompt and great communication. They replumbed my entire house.

They showed up on time and worked hard. My house was a complicated complete sewage line replacement and it seems like everything is good. We had one small issue about 2 months after and they came out immediately and fixed the problem.

Made appointment at 8. Called me 7:26 am, made sure the appointment. I was there at 7:50. And was told the tire was flatten at 8:01am. Okay, asked when the technician can come. Office did not know and I said I will wait but it can not be too long because I will have to go to work. At 8:40 am, office called me telling me there will be a technician come within 40 minutes. 9:40 nobody appears. Called them, telling them if the technician don't appear now I would have to go. They said the technician will come in 20 minutes. So I turned vehicle back to wait. Luckily, technician comes within 5 minutes after the call. Talked about all the issues and want technician give me a report as soon as possible because I was supposed to go to work at 10. Technician came too late so eventually there is no time for him to finish his job and I have to leave. Got up at 7 and waited until 10, and nothing was done. Second day I requested the job again, but I was rejected because there was an issue yesterday.
Really should not call them to come because they will never have the time sense.

They communicated well but there were slight issues with how repairs were made and they needed to make multiple return visits to get the issue finally corrected. I would call them again if I was in a pinch.
