My hot water heater was 20 years old, so I decided to replace it before it started to leak... Scott and a helper showed up as promised, worked quickly and efficiently and didn't charge me a fortune! I would not hesitate to use BILLY THE SUNSHINE PLUMBER again for future plumbing needs!

Just used this company last week, was going to reccomend them, then today I witnessed who I believe was the husband and wife owners scream obscenities at a group of older adults waving political signs, democratic signs which really triggered this couple in their company truck. If they will """"lose it"""" because someone does not share the same political views, I will not invite them into my home nor recommend anyone else does. Shame on Billy the Sunshine Plumber!

On 12/21/20 Plumber responded to shower leak in master bathroom in our mobile home for $89. Reported no leaks but suggested apply more silicone caulking to glass. At no time did he run the shower. However, the diagnosis was incorrect. The water pooled under shower pan as drain attachment faulty. As a consequence, the floor has to be replaced including some in adjoining master bedroom plus wall and mold removal. Due to necessary floor repairs we decided new shower should be installed. Requested quote from this company but as of 1/23/21 have not heard from them. We also needed repair to kitchen sink leak which was scheduled a week out. Unable to wait we called someone else to do the work. They claim there was misunderstanding but in my opinion, an opinion only, they were upset because we opined on an attitude problem and they decided not to do work for us. They previously did two jobs satisfactorily before this.

Called the office, and a little over an hour later the plumber was on site. We needed the valve for the main replaced. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and right the first time, and the charge was less than expected. Thanks to Charlie the plumber who did the work. They're definitely getting my future business

Would call again. Let's face it, no one likes contractors. It's a stigma that all service providers have to deal with. Today they earned some kind words. As luck seems to time things, it's was a holiday weekend and our issues happened long after normal business hours. Here is the skinny. They called me back in less than 30 minutes. Pleasantly worked out an appointment for me that was more than reasonable. Showed up on time. Fixed the issue at the agreed price. What more could anyone expect. Good job guys, thank you.

customer service was bad from the beginning. tech came out and fixed the wrong thing and when i called for someone to come back once he came back out he said he could not fix it that he would go back to the shop and discuss it and someone would call me, no one ever called so i waited 2 days and called back to get more attitude from the girl that answers their phones she told me someone would be back out tomorrow which was 2 days ago and still no one has called or came back. they take your money for the service calls and never fix or follow up with you. never using you again

We had single mount kitchen faucet break and ordered a new one which I was going to install myself. Unfortunately due to my disability, maneuvering to get under the sink was too much. I read all of the nearby plumber reviews on Google, Nextdoor etc.and checked their websites. I take reviews with a grain of salt. The only thing relevant is what work was done, was it satisfactory, and fairly priced. Reviews from people who've never used a company but decided they don't like them for some personal reason aren't helpful. I went with Billy The Sunshine Plumber. They were the only company that listed prices for various types of service calls. Their service call fee included an hour of labor. I left a message early yesterday morning (2/15/23), and was called back at 9:00am. They said they'd be here today 2/16/23 between 9:00 and noon. She called this morning at 8:30 and told me they'd be here in 30 minutes. Jeremy arrived promptly at 9:00 and got to work removing the old faucet and installing the new one. He was very personable, completely professional and had it done in less than an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Best and most affordable company around. They always fix our problems promptly. They have changed 3 toilets, 2 vanity's, fixed 4 of our sinks, and are coming over first thing this morning to fix our hot water heater. I told him that we were willing to replace it if need be. His response was, """"if it's not leaking I will fix it"""". No high pressure sales just honesty and a desire to help the customers and solve their problems. We will never call anyone else.

Billy The Sunshine Plumber says on their website they have 24/7 emergency services . THEY DO NOT. I called on Saturday 06/24/23 night around 8pm and Sunday morning @8;30 and left messages for them. They did not call me back so I called another Plumber who answered the phone and will be here in 2 hours.
