Pretty horrible experience with billy jack sprinklers. Particularly the owner. Spent close $300 on basic sprinkler maintenance check. Which was fine. Immediately after they did the maintenance check, my sprinkler system popped another error code. Figured it was a solenoid issue, due to them just completing a maintenance check. They came out (team of three again) to fix the single issue. THEY WERE HERE FOR 30 MINUTES, CHARGED ME AN HOURS WORTH OF LABOR @ $125 with another $30+ parts for a total bill of $170. Totaling $470. Tried to have a civil conversation w the owner justifying the $170 when they were here for only 30minutes without any luck.

Dustin and Juan came out here and double checked everything today and showed me how everything was running correctly now.

Im not one to write many Yelp reviews. Billy Jack is not only super professional and affordable but a great guy to work with. His crew was on time and completed a pretty significant job quickly. Straight shooter. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I will prefice this by saying that I've used 5 different sprinkler companies for repairs over the years and have never been satisfied with either the work done, or the cost of repairs.
I recently thought I would have a larger than normal repair that included replacement of two in-ground control valves and the larger main shut-off/doublecheck backflow preventer. After speaking with Billy Jack we agreed to meet after their last job of the day to look at what would be needed. When they arrived (Billy Jack and three of his crew), he offered to go ahead and do the work right away. What a fantastic crew - Billy Jack was a masterful conductor, directing the crew to each of the three problems. Within minutes everything was dug, problems sorted out, and errors by previous companies identified. Job was completed, cleaned and back to normal in just over an hour. Invoice was clear and the cost was well under what I was expecting based on previous repairs by other companies - couldn't be happier!
