A deposit from me for 10k. Was not licensed in Nassau county and does not have a master plumber license in any county. Gave me the old model to the boiler he promised and did zero of a the other work. He basically robbed me. Stay far away.

Literally so awful. His crew came to do a "" tune up "" on our AC. They came into our house turned the AC system on then went outside looked at the unit and came in and said ok everything seems fine. I said to them well no I don't believe it's gonna get cold hence why we called you for a tune up and asked you to make sure it blows cold air. They told us everything was fine I kept telling them it's not. They left sat in the truck for a whopping half hour. Long behold our ac still doesn't work and they definitely didn't do a proper tune up either. I told the owner the ac wasn't working and that they were here for 15 mins he yelled at me and told me they were here for 40 mins and I told them they were sitting in the truck longer than in the actual house. He said yeah right it takes 2 mins to walk to the door. I told him I need a functioning ac. He said if his guys have to come back he's gonna be charging us more for a service call. He then told me to clean the vent and figure it out. He was really horrible and judging by these other reviews they're horrible all around. $200 wasted so disgusted so done.

The crew came and cleaned my furnace three months ago. I didn't know anything in the fact that they were not coming out with a lot of soot so I thought it was OK. Three months later there's soot all over my basement. They charged me $319 did a very poor job because now I have to have another company come and fix their work and they are not answering my phone calls. Do not use this company!!!!!

Installed a gas burner about 2 years ago.

Installation OK but follow up service is all but non existent.

doesnt even bother to return phone calls.

Find some one else who will back their work.
