Total rip off. Wasn't able to identify cause of issue but suggested an """"overdue"""" maintenance service and charged me $2000 for what other plumbers charge $300. Steer clear of this team.

Doug Allen came to repair my leaking toilet. He was very professional and explained everything to me.

When the plumbers came and replaced one filter rinsed off the second one I had flowing water so I happily posted a good review 20 minutes after they left I had no water. I contacted the plumber that had just left the house he informed me that he was at another job already and that he would have to charge me another $400 to come back. I reiterated you just left I have no water I'm in the same scenario that I was when you got here. I was completely shocked by this !!!He repeated the same thing telling me that if I thought I could go under the crawlspace and remove the small filter I could do that!!!! I walk with a cane I am not able to do any filter replacing that's why I called the plumber. I just wasted $400 for nothing.! I feel completely taken advantage of. Warning stay away from this company!!!!

We were in a desperate situation with flooding from all the rain. We had another plumber do some work who did not finish the job properly. Doug from Billy Bell's got here in a short period of time and was able to fix the issue in a short period of time! I would highly recommend this company!

Do not use this company. I was charged 1450.00 for a hot water tank including expansion tank. There is no expansion tank!! They come out and invent repairs, usually the same one over and over. they stretch their time out to add more hours, including their lunch hour.

I would not recommend this company. They did not do the work as agreed to in advance and charged $5,000 for about 4 hours work. I had a serious water line leak in the main water line leading to my house. They did not locate the leak and told me the bast option was to replace the entire water line. Their plan was to dig up a spot near the meter and and to hand dig a spot at entry point to the home and to pull one long pipe from the house to the street. The price was very high, but we were desperate and liked that the yard would only be dug up in two small spots and that there would be one continuous pipe with no joints to leak or break. We did get quotes with a much lower price, but they would dig up the yard and use multiple pieces of pipe joined together. They did not do the job as we agreed in advance. 1) They dug up the yard in 4 places, rather than the 2 we agreed. 2) They used 3 pieces of pipe joined together, rather than 1 continuous piece. 3) They used a tractor to dig up the spot by the house causing extra yard damage 4) In digging up the extra locations, they cut our irrigation line and they cut our drainage line. They didn't do the job as agreed and charged an extreme premium, while damaging other lines in the yard. I called the company and asked that a supervisor call me. They never did. I do not recommend this company.

Have used their services at my business 3 times now, and they have been a great help. They promptly answer phone calls and show up on time. More importantly the guys I deal with really know their stuff and are happy to walk me through their process and let me know my options. Great service....

Thieves. They put in the wrong sized well pump and it burned out less than 6 months later. They Don't stand behind their work. Move on to another plumber

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They intentionally up-charge their services and take advantage of people. The workers and owner have clearly no idea how to properly talk to customers and are not willing to resolve issues you have with them.

BEWARE of this company--- they say its going to cost one thing and then it becomes way more! The purchaser with the plumbing problem said that she was not going to pay the extra costs until she spoke to someone at Billy Bell. The guys threatened her that they were going to call the cops. He told his partner-- you stay with her I will go out and call the cops. She called 911 and then made the guy leave her home and closed the garage door until the cops came. The police came and they talked it over she could not get anyone on the phone in the office of Billy Bell. All they did was loosen and dump out a clogged trap at the kitchen sink. She agreed to pay $285. Then they said it was going to be $550+ and then said if we had used the machine it would have been $880+ She was totally taken advantage of as a woman. She is still working it out with the office that she finally got in touch with and they charge a $22 fee to use a credit card but good thing she did so that she can stop payment. The guys were adamant that she had to pay onsite. She said ok so if you wrote 1 million on the invoice I am suppose to just pay that??????
