Depends on how much of a hurry you are in. I called at 8 a.m. It's 10:30 and no call back. They were to have called me within 30 minutes. When a school has no restroom usage we consider it an emergency whether the plumber does or not. Don't be held hostage by promises that don't happen. Vote with your google service that takes you to other plumbing services that hopefully will be more receptive to your needs.

Billy Bell Plumbing come and replaced a pipe inside a toilet tank, caulked 16' at the base of our back splash in the kitchen, and tightened a screw inside a faucet (5 min.) and charged $475!! Drake brought an apprentice who did nothing but go to the store to buy caulk and they charged for the """"use"""" of 2 plumbers! I would NEVER use them again!

I was needing someone to diagnose and fix my well pump issues. I searched using Google and found this company. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Not only did the tech want to replace everything at a price of $3200, but I got screwed on the cost of quote. Long story short steer clear of this company because a $3200 job ended up costing me a whopping $175!!

Thieves. They put in the wrong sized well pump and it burned out less than 6 months later. They Don't stand behind their work. Move on to another plumber

I had a bathroom sink that I could not get to shut off. I didn't scream and yell but I called Billy Bell. They were there within twenty minutes and completely fixed my issue. Nick did an excellent job from start to finish and they did not ask for anything in return. I have always and will always use Billy Bell for my plumbing needs and I truly appreciate their hard work and Godly attitude. Remember Don't scream and yell. Call Billy Bell!!

We called Billy Bell Plumbing on Feb 9, 2023 to unclog our sink. When they arrived , they told my wife the service charge would be $285. After unhooking the drain pipes they told her , because of the grease buildup, the charge would be $1300. She did not know what to do because everything had been unhooked, so she said , go ahead. They used a snake to unclog the drain and used a treatment substance. She paid the bill with a credit card. After I got home , she told me what the charge was. We could not believe the one hour they were in the house justified a $1300 bill. We have attempted to reach the owner to discuss the issue, but he refuses to take our call. Our advice is to avoid using Billy Bell Plumbing for any of your needs.

Total rip off. Wasn't able to identify cause of issue but suggested an """"overdue"""" maintenance service and charged me $2000 for what other plumbers charge $300. Steer clear of this team.

MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE. Nice and repsonsive, but charged more than triple the market rate for high pressure cleaning of main drain line to septic tank. $2100. Others would charge about $650.

I have worked with Billy Bell on four separate occasions for four separate issues. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with. My family has a houseboat at Lanier. We were having issues with our waste tanks not getting pumped out fully because there was a blockage between the tanks. After having the marina plumber, Pootoon, and another plumber all try and fail, and tell me that I had to replace the tanks, i was at my wits en. I happened to drive by Billys office and called him. He came out himself, explained the problem in clear English and met me at a boat ramp and fixed my problem for a reasonable price. The next time was when our septic stopped up. Again, he came out himself, immediately and got it fixed. Last month, we had an issue with backup in our bunkhouse. When we bought the house, the original septic inspector couldn't find the septic tank to the barn and he brought a super long camera and charged hundreds of dollars but never found it. Billys crew found it very quickly and had to pump it, fix the top of it and install a new drain field. thats expensive. But I asked a contractor how much it would cost with his plumber and he quoted me $3000 more than Billy charged me. This most recent visit was because the supply line to my jacuzzi tub failed and flooded my basement. We called Billy and came out after hours, figured out the issue and got us with a great restoration company. I really can't say enough good things about Billy Bell and his people. They are reasonable, nice, professional, and they know what they are doing. At this point, I wouldn't call anyone else if I have another plumbing problem.
