We had just purchased a new house in Michigan city for goose of an Airbnb. Our guests were there and we were having a plumbing issue. I called Mike and he came right out first thing in the morning and fixed everything for a very reasonable price.

We had a sewage issue during the most recent winter storm that caused a small amount of flooding in the basement. We called Bill's and they were out during the next business day. When other companies in my area wanted to remove my toilet to clean my main line to sewer ($800) Oh an if they where to break anything or couldn't put the toilet back properly the company wasn't responsible..I have no basement an I live on a brick slate..This service came out ,not only found an informed me on where a sewer clean out outside would be an guess what ,in less than a hour.Everything is work an draining washer,dishwasher,shower...The price wasn't that bad either,even though I would've given this man whatever his price was just with the patient the time he took and the information he gave me..

Bill is honest, reliable and fair pricing. He's great for homeowner or a landlord as he knows what is needed and gets it done. Happy I found him as it wasn't easy to find such a great service.

Have used Bill's 2 or 3 times in the past. Most recently last November. When I left the message on their answering machine (they never answer the phone) I told them the two issues we were having, both bathroom sink and tub draining. My wife was apparently only aware of one. So when they came they only did the sink, rather than ask or call my cell number, which is the only number we have. So I called and to their credit they came out and cleaned out the tub drain at no charge. So today I needed them today and called and left a message, as usual, only to discover I have apparently been blackballed! I guess the lesson they hopefully have learned is to LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER! Now that's novel!
