Our kitchen faucet was faulty and had a leak that was pooling up under the sink cabinet. I called Bill, he told me a good brand to get (Moen), I picked it up at Home Depot and he came over that same day and installed it. Good advice, fast service!

Bill and partner navigated the complexity of our condo needing to shut off the water so they could do the work, and came back, and was kind enough to fold in the initial charge reasonably into the fee at the end. Everything was done well, and they displayed great knowledge about everything. Also, this is the first time in our experience that a plumber actually showed up EXACTLY when he said he was going to. I almost couldn't believe it at first! I thought I had gone to some heaven of plumbing punctuality previously unknown in life! Wow!

Bill and his partner Carlos are reliable, timely and knowledgable about plumbing. We have a small house in NP with a tight crawl space. Carlos has been under there multiple times when others refused. They are friendly and if they can't take care of your problem right away (which they often do), they triage and fit you in, all the while reassuring you with their calm and friendly attitude. They are wonderful and charge less than most other plumbers. I consider them my friends.

Bill and his assistant, Carlos, have ""rescued"" me a couple of times and the first time involved a warranty situation with a parade of plumbers assessing/estimating the problem with my tankless. That was a beauty contest that Bill and Carlos won handily because they have the honesty and integrity that all the others lacked. So I would not hesitate to recommend them. Oh, and to top it off, their prices are reasonable - what more could you ask.

We had a toilet at a rental property that was clogged and in bad shape. We needed same day help since we were trying to clean the place and needed access to facilities. Bob came out about an hour after we called, fitting us into his busy schedule for the day.

He fixed the clog and made recommendations for some things he saw in the bathroom that also needed to be addressed.

Bill was on time for his appointment, even a few minutes early. He was nice, professional and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to up charge me.
The faucet was replaced in under 30 minutes.p
I would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Oh and if you have a Moen faucet, Bill told me that they come with a lifetime guaranty. You can call their warranty dept to get a replacement one for free! Had I known this prior I would have saved some extra cash.
