No one showed up for my appointment. I called after waiting awhile and left a message on the business voicemail and the cell phone number listed on their voicemail, but have never received a call back. They don't show up for appointments or return messages and I took time of work trusting they would keep their appointment. They get paid by the hour because their time is valuable, but so is mine.

Showed up when expected. Repaired hot water heater(which we called them for) faster than expected. And as sort of a ""BTW"" as the tech was about to walk out the door, solved and fixed a kitchen sink hot water pressure issue which has been a problem for us for the last seven years. Tech was professional, courteous, exceptionally knowledgeable, and generally, just a really nice guy. These guys are GOOD!

They were called by my home warranty company to look at my water heater. I received 2 phone calls. One to set the date and time, then they called requesting information about the water heater. I was at work and couldn't get the info and said I would get it as soon as I could since they called the day before they were set to come and I was working till 5 and then they'd be closed. Tried calling in the morning and they didn't answer. Then when the time for them to come in came and went, I called them and they let me know they decided to cancel the service call without notifying me because they didn't even know if they could actually work on my water heater. Do not waste your time, they have negative reviews on google as well from similar situations.

We had Bill's Plumbing when building our home. Two shower leaks in our upstairs, and drain pipes leaking in the basement. When asked to investigate another possible leak in spare shower before home warranty expired, they stated there was not an obvious leak, but if it turned out to be the shower, they would come back and repair it (even if warranty expired). Well, guess what? It's leaking and they somehow can't remember their conversation.

Stay away!!! Took the tech 2 visits to supposedly get my issue fixed. When I arrived home after he called me and said it was fixed I found the lines to still be plugged and my garage had been flooded with toilet waste causing damage to carpet and walls. When I called in to tell them about it I got the typical ""it is was it is"" and ""things happen"". Did not want to take responsibility for anything. Blamed my house for the issues. They were referred by my home warranty company that will also be getting this info. Very poor customer service!

Bill's plumbing service was great. They came out and fixed my issues and was able to help with a minor other issue. Very reasonable pricing. I have spoken with Bill each time and it's great to know that you are dealing with the people who care about getting you taken care of. I will use them from now on.

Bill and his guys have been fantastic for me. I had some issues with my sump pumps running more than they should. I found Bill when I was in an emergency situation and he was very responsive. Since then, I have used them for all the plumbing services I have needed and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing!
