Bill's Plumbing came to my house in April 27th the guy went under my house and did not see a leak then he went to the other side of the house and as far as he went was right at the crawl space entrance and no further , well come to find out it was still another leak still going on it look like he would have heard it when he was on the other side. Then on top of this I had a hot water issue and my home warranty company said they was going to send this company back to my house and I said I prefer for you guess not to send him, well they did. He called me at 4:52 and when saw I had a miss call, I called him back immediately he finally answered when he was far away to come back. He informed me that he was at my house at 4:30 pm , so he sat in my yard for 22 minutes before he decides to call me . He told me that he can come back tomorrow , I told him no never mind, never mind and he hung up . He was rude , disrespectful, and unprofessional. I looked at my camera and it shows him getting to my house at 4:52pm and cameras do not lie and the time on my phone do not lie either. I have damage to my bathroom floor because he did not fix the leak the first time and my pump continue to run which burned my outlet box at the pump . I have two witness and my camera and my phone to back everything up. If I give this company no stars i would

Had Bill install a hot water heater he did a good job, so when I had a couple of small pluming problems I call him again. This time it was one of his workers that came out, he can at 5:15 pm when he was suppose to be here around 1:00 pm. He fixed both problems and was done by 6:15pm. One hundred and seventy-five dollars later, by that night the sink was leaking again and the pull on the bathroom sink was broke again. My husband called the next morning a man answered and said someone would call back in a hour. After two hours my husband called again, the you woman said it would be Friday before someone could come out, he asked to speak to Bill she said he would call him back. When he didn't call back we stopped payment on check, not until 10 days later when they got the check back did they call back. The same man came back that afternoon fixed the pulley, my husband had already fixed the leak. We then repaid them to never do business with them again...
