Bill's Plumbing was fantastic! Helped my dad out of a difficult situation very quickly. From the office staff to scheduling to the technicians and the owners who were all involved, the service and politeness was spot on! They came highly recommended, no need to research other companies and the family owned business was what I truly like to work with. Started with the first call that was so nice and very polite all the way to the end where the owner ensured the project was complete. They were on time, texted me and or called when arriving. The office staff was awesome in contacting Blackhills Energy when scheduling the gas line inspection test. Clean up was perfect. If you utilize this wonderful company already great for you, if your not, my questions is why not? You cannot go wrong using Bill's Plumbing and Drain services. I will ensure my dad uses them again.

I couldn't find a local plumber to take an after-hours emergency call to repair a gas line leak. Called Bill's Plumbing and Drain and they were very responsive. One of the owners came out the same evening and returned the next morning with parts that were needed to complete the repair. They quickly got our gas utility back online and worked with the gas company to make sure everything was safe. They also did the job at a very reasonable price.

I have Bill's Plumbing come over every six months to run their router blade through my sewer lines as a preventive measure. I have to say, this process (which is universally recommended) has been tremendous. Honestly, I would never entrust this to any other Plumbing Service than Bill's. They are simply the best!

I have requested many company's to come bid on my project of replacing and aging tank type water heater to a tankless water heater. After analyzing all responses I chose Bill's. Not because they were the cheapest but because they provided the details and the professionalism I required.

Bill's Plumbing did a great job for me twice in the past few weeks. Ist was a gas line installed by Mike and the second a water heater issue repaired by Justin.
Both were professional, timely, expert and fairly priced.

I requested a bid for a new kitchen sink installation.. and crickets. No response. I guess they are too busy for the little jobs. Someday the housing demand will slow down and they will be looking for the little jobs. You won't get work from me losers.

From the reception service to the
Prompt install I will certainly be using their services again. The pricing was very fair and the attention to detail while performing the work was outstanding. Shout out to Mike who did a great job explaining everything and made sure I was satisfied. This was for a garbage disposal but we will certainly be using them again for a couple sinks that need repair and for an upcoming remodel. Highly recommend! Don't hesitate to use their services!

I had to get a new water line to my house. Bill's Plumbing was excellent! They were prompt, communicated with me, walked me through what needed to happen and gave me a fair price. They also completed the job in a day! Fast, efficient, professional, and nice. I would highly recommend them!

I had no choice in choosing this company since my property manager had to make the arrangements. Sadly they have been out 3 times and still have Never fixed the shower issue. The last time BJ came out and seemed to know what he was doing. He spent a few hours and then wrapped things up. I of course went in to test my new shower only to find my expensive fancy hand towel wadded in the corner and burned. Was absolutely shocked he would have done that and not been polite enough to tell me, apologize or even mention it. When I called back I spoke to Mindy to report the towel and that the shower still wasn't working correctly I was told she would have BJ call me. (That was around December 4, 2018) On January 4th I still never heard back from ANYONE so I called to ask what was going on. Mindy informed me she spoke to BJ and he said he didn't burn the towel and she said she believed him NOT me, and they will try to get around to looking at my shower. Because I don't have a photo of him burning the towel it must not have happened. WOW! SERIOUSLY! I would NEVER recommend this company. There employees definitely lack proper training and customer service. And when the ""owner"" (she stated she was the owner) Jen finally called me back she was worse.
