Bill is friendly, listens well, shows up on time almost all the time- and, if not, he will actually call, apologize, explain why and then attempt to set up a new appointment time convenient for the person who will be paying him.

His rates are reasonable, and he's a pleasure to do business with. If we have any more plumbing issues, he'll be the one we contact first and hopefully only.

To say I'm very grateful would be an understatement. We called out Bill for an issue w all of our drains backing up into our back shower. Unfortunately, our problem is a little more complex and bigger than we anticipated but Bill really tried his hardest to fix our problem. He's a very compassionate person and very honest. I could tell that he was overwhelmed for us but he gave it his best shot and took his time even though he had other customers to get to. We are very thankful regardless. It's very hard to come across business people who actually care about their customers. I would definitely recommend and will continue our business w him should we need something.

I found Bill on Nextdoor. He had a lot of recommendations. I needed my shower faucet repaired. I contacted him and he messaged me right away. I sent him a picture of the issue I was having and right away he knew what was the problem was. He came and repaired my shower. He explained everything in detail and his charges were reasonable. My twins were doing the dishes and decided that all of the left over Mac n' Cheese would fit down the garbage disposal. Surprise, surprise it clogged the sink in the kitchen. I went on yelp to find someone to help out asap. Bill was the first to respond and came out same day. He was able to fix the clog and also stopped a leak that I did not know was there. Bill was efficient, knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. He explained everything that was to be done and gave a great price. Bill is my go to from now on.
