After shopping around and getting multiple qoutes, we hired Bill's plumbing to replace our electric water heater. When I tell you, we made the right decision, we made the right decision! He was extremely knowledgeable, he didn't try to upsell us on any additional products, and he answered every question we had providing clear and concise recommendations on the best way forward. Above all, he had phenomenal customer service, making sure everything was neat and clean when he was done, oh and yes, reasonable pricing! He will be my go-to for future plumbing needs!

Had a leak in our external piping that brings water into the house. My ""regular"" plumber didn't answer my call and hadn't returned my voicemail, so I reached out to Google and found Bill's Plumbing on Yelp. So glad that I did! I had problems with my toilet, not flushing and bathtub water overflow. The issue was fixed. However, the next day I'm still having backflow I'm back with the same issue. I was told that the work is not guaranteed. Once I paid for the services now I am forced to get a new person. To try to fix the problem correctly.

Came home around midnight to find water in my garage. After turning off the water and gas to my hot water heater, I went to Yelp and submitted requests to several companies for quotes on water heater replacement. Billy from Bill's Plumbing AZ was the first to respond.
His price was great. He was able to come by, start draining the water heater, assess the situation and offer options.
He left immediately to find a Professional grade water heater and other parts to bring it all up to current building code.
He returned and completed the job professionally and left everything clean and working great.
