I needed a back flow test done today. They came out, did what they were supposed to do, and were really nice on the phone when I had a question to ask. They took care of everything, and I'm definitely keeping their information in case I ever need anything else done.

Update: so much for what I thought was good work! His plumbing job sprung a leak. Cost me over $200 bucks to have his work fixed. So, lets review. Bills Plumbing came to my home stoned, were alarmingly rude, and there work had to be repaired.
A $164 dollar water filter system has now cost me almost $500 to have installed.
Why didnt we call Bills to fix there mistake? My wife doesn't feel safe having them in our home again.

My toilets flooded Monday and I had given bills plumbing service a try come to find out it was one of the worst decisions I have made They are absolutely horrible multiple items from my household came up missing they were very disrespectful and dishonest

They were very nice over the phone when I got behind due to an injury they were willing to accept $10 payments a week I authorized it gave him my debit card and they took $68 instead and paid off the balance without my authorization do not trust these people they told me they were going to take 10 they took 68

I just had my home hooked to city water. I hired bill's plumbing to do the job. Bill was great to work with. It was a big job as we are 350 ft from the road. Bill coordinated everything with the city and boring co. so we could get it done all on the same day. I also had 4 small inside jobs that I asked bill if he could do, he had someone on it that day. all complete neat, clean and professional in one day. His employees were friendly and professional.
Will use them from now on for everything,

This company is amazing! They are quick and courteous and have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, which I really appreciate. The plumbers are always very nice and are never rude or a hassle to deal with. Also, the woman who answers the phone is always pleasant and SUPER helpful. They always make sure to call if they are running behind or think they might be early.

Poor Workmanship...........needed a tab spigot with diverter replaced. The model I had (Hansgrohe) wouldn't fit the plumbing, so the plumber, Al, recommended a chrome spigot with diverter.

Works fine, except the plumber used the original dirty, scummy faceplate. When I asked about cleaning the old putty off the wall, the plumber told me to get some ZAP and then re-seal the plate.

That's great advice, EXCEPT, Bill's plumbing should have done that. Now I'm out $151.88 and I still have to buy some ZAP cleaner and do the reseal myself.

A GOOD plumber should have/would have done that as part of the new install.

DON'T CALL BILL'S PLUMBING AND SEWER SERVICE.

They've been around for 50 years and still can't get it right.

Total rip off. My sister in law used him for clogged drains and water coming out of the floor drain in her basement. $600 later he wanted to charge her $12,000 to rip up the floor and run a new main out to the sewer. After I had her call another plumber it was fixed for $225! Stay away.

Bill's came out today to replace my sump pump. I called at 8am and they were out by 10am with two dudes who knew exactly what they were doing. The pump was installed within 30 minutes and the area cleaned up. I was extremely impressed with the prompt service call and the tech was personable, knowledgeable and just made the whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend Bill's for any plumbing needs, they also did a fantastic job replacing my water heater a few months ago, coming at the last minute and going above and beyond to install a quality product. Thanks so much!!

I had Bill's come out after I was sure a plumber I had already called out was trying to rip me off. Previous company technician was more than rude and had no professional and customer service skills at all. Bill's technicians were kind and very professional and did exactly what needed to be done and did not over charge me. I will never have another plumber out than Bill's.
