I really anticipated that my phone call for help would result in an appointment several days to weeks out . From the onset of that call my total experience was exceptional. From booking the service call ( they gave me same day service) to communication on arrival time their office was on point. The technician (Kyle) Was professional, friendly and fast. And followed company protocol for Covid 19. He explained everything as he went and asked multiple times what I wanted him to do . No surprises at the end which is a big plus. My issue was resolved the same day in one trip. I had used them last year to recharge a unit and was happy with the caliber of service then as well. I would highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs .

Had a service call this morning. The Service Tech, Kyle was fantastic. He was friendly, courteous, professional, thorough and expertly skilled. He used a process of elimination to determine the correct repair. I went from expecting a very expensive repair to a repair he could do without ordering any parts. Honest, ethical and well-skilled plumbers are hard to come by. We found a ""keeper"" and highly recommend! Thank you, Kyle!

Bill's installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me and they did a great job. I also had them install a smart thermostat and I had an issue syncing it to my phone. They sent a serviceman right out (Jeff Battles) and a few calls later I was in business. Highly, highly recommend Bill's.

Our air conditioner went out last night. I have a disabled husband and unfortunately our weather the past two weeks has been extremely hot! I called Bill's Heating and Plumbing and was told it would be next week before a serviceman could get out to check our air. I explained to the lady about my husband and asked to speak to a serviceman to see if there was anything I could do. She gave me the service manager and within 30 minutes he had a man out to work on our air! I love this business!!!! It took a couple of hours but we now have air and my husband is comfortable once more. Thank you, Bill's Heating and Plumbing for being sensitive to the disabled.

Even though I called later in the day & a holiday was coming up, they made it to my house & fixed my heater that same day. Five stars for great, quick service.
