Jackson M was the technician. He arrived on time and performed service professionally and efficiently. Service cost performed today in 2024 for maintenance was reasonable and fair. I purchased the AC unit form Bill's Comfort Systems in 2017. Pricing and service in 2017 was fair and less than others I had estimates from for same unit.

I am updating my review on this so called Hvac installer. Trying to get the support for the ac/furnace they installed is a joke. They do not care, as from what was explained to me they are busy doing installation on new builds. I purchased a furnace and A/C 11 years ago, and like normal I have my system checked before winter. Now it is shut off as the furnace is condemned due to cracks. These people are liers, careless, and don't give a shit about the customer. The service was bought out 7 years ago, and the only thing they care about is $$$$ profit. I called in this morning and realized this is sooo true. I urge you to look elsewhere. I will never again spend another dollar, as I have schedule with another Hvac company who will not screw over a Veteran.

I hired this company to fix my fireplace .They broke it instead .The tech was new and left his tools all over the floor ,he went back to the office to get a part and left his tools out and when he left ,dirt was over my carpet and he didn't;t clean up ,he should have respected my house and left his dirty tools in the toolbox or on a towel .He didn't;t know what he was doing and installed a blower ,well wrong because now my fireplace is very loud and I can't use it .I will never use this company again .It cost me alot and it made the problem worse so now I have to pay more to fix a problem they broke .No help at all from this tech .He only want the money and to get onto the next job .buyer be aware of this company !All I have is a picture of my fireplace they fixed or didn't;t as the case is .I am also in Layton ut ,not California as the review states .

Tried to get my gas fireplace fixed in mid winter. They came out and replaced a part but this did not fix it. They said it was a certain part but they probably don't make it any more or we would have to replace fireplace. My husband called the manufacturer and found the part and we let Bills know because we couldn't order it Bills would have to. We waited for months and kept calling but technician never called us with update. Finally my husband called and was frustrated the person who spoke to him called him an ""a"" hole and hung up on him! That was that never heard from them again. We would never use them again poor customer service!

In 2008 I bought a 93 percent furnace with central air and a heat pump from Bills Comfort Systems and They installed it in my Fruit Heights Home.
It is now July of 2023 and My Heat and Air System
Is still plugging away!
With every thing made in China now and breaking down in 5 years, I am So Happy that I went with Bills. Charlie is the Guy that sold it ti me and he also
Installed it. I had Charlie come out and check my system out a year ago and it's still doing fine.
Charlie is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone.

You know how the tech comes over, take 5 seconds and says you need a new whatever....NOT THIS COMPANY! The tech explained the system to me and my husband in simple terms, and was so helpful regarding the entire system. The pricing was exceptional and customer service team got me the quote quickly.
