Our furance wasn't working, it was making a very loud noise. Bills comfort system came out to look at it. The technician told use it was the blower and it needed to be replaced. It would take 3 to 4 days to get it from Lennox. The same day he came back and said he found one in the shop. He went downstairs to put the blower in. He only worker on the blower wheel for 5 to 10 minutes and he said it was all Fixed, so we payed the technician for replacing the bad blower wheel he said he replace it, but it still was making a loud noise. we got another heating company to come out and look at it, he said the blower wheel was bad and it need to be replaced an it would take 3 to 4 days to get a new blower wheel for my Furnace it took 4 days to get a new blower wheel the technician came out and replace it. Bill's comfort Systems said they would refund my $800.00 dollars back to me but I haven't seen my refund yet, and it's been 3 months. I've been calling them and they said that they were going to refund my money back to me!!! I'm disappointed in your company, you have been lying to me for 3 months. Do not use this company!!!

Do not use this company!!! I have been trying to get them to come out to my house for over a month they canceled on me 2 times and had to be rescheduled. They finally came out to my house yesterday. Ends up there was nothing wrong with my fireplace the switch that we used to light the piolet light just needed to be turned to another position. The young man who was there was very polite and nice he tried to be helpful. He was new and had been there less than one month. I was surprised when I was charged $140.00 because nothing was broke. I thought I would be charged $50 to 75$ for just coming out to my house which is normal for Kaysville. I did not say anything and payed the young man it was not his fault he was just doing his job. So I called Bill's comfort systems the next day and spoke to Marilyn.
It was difficult to hear her because I could hear someone else talking on the phone in the background. Very unprofessional. l I explained to Marilyn my concern and she told me there fee for just coming out to the house was $150.00. i said you should have told me the fee would be $150 just to come to the house when I made the appointment and she just said you didn't ask! Marilyn would not hardly let me talk she talked over me was shouting most of the time. she was so rude and had the worst customer service I think I have ever dealt with. She just did not care. Based on my dealings with them I think this company is financially stressed and are in trouble. Maybe that is why she was acting this way? We have two indoor fireplaces and one outdoor and we could have given them a lot of business over the years. I really doubt they will be around a long time, if they are treating their customers that way but even if they are I will never go back. Don't waste your time with these guys there are plenty of other good company's in the area.

Called for a service call -- $149.00 simply to come out and take a look! This is literally the highest fee for a diagnostic visit that I have ever heard of. We are definitely going with another company.

Great company with great customer service and very fair prices. My air conditioner went out on a Friday over the Labor Day weekend with 100° temperatures, they had somebody come out that Saturday to install a new AC unit and coil at No extra charge for working during a holiday weekend, they were truly committed To making things right for me and my family. I would highly recommend them for your AC needs and any future HVAC maintenance or upgrades you may have.

They installed my furnace, ac and fireplace in my home and 2 water heaters. My install was great and I've had no issues. When I look for service I want honesty and low maintenance and everything runs perfect. They took very good care of me. My equipment is 3 years old and I've never needed a service yet. The install was nicely done and they were clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly from the beginning till the end of the install. I've also used Bill's on my last house and that system was 10 years old and it still ran perfect. They were very quick and prompt. The installers were great and very informative. Everything matched the bid, there were no surprises.
