Long story short: the disorganized and dishonest conduct of Bill's Backflow has me stuck paying a different company to do the testing that I already payed Bills Backflow for.

Bill's Backflow Service has been responsible for testing my Backflow for several years. Jim and his wife Sharry have always seemed nice enough, albeit slightly disorganized when it comes to paperwork.

This disorganization finally caught up with them. I had them test 7 different Backflow devices this April. They sent me the invoice along with the confirmation notices from PCWA. Turned out that Jim submitted results for one of the Backflows twice, which left another Backflow test unreported to PCWA. I sent them payment and pointed out their mistake over email. I was told they would look into it. Ten days went by and I heard nothing. So I checked back and was told Sharry was in Arizona, but they would work on it. Another 10 days went by so I checked back again and was told it was all done and the mistake was corrected.

This morning, PCWA left a notice that the water would be shut off if the missing Backflow test wasn't submitted by June 8th. This shows that Jim did not do what he told me. Rather than continue trying to sort this out with Bill's Backflow, I found another company to do the test.

Jim and Sharry are absolutely the best to work with. They do all of our testing and we have quite a few clients. They are always punctual and professional. Their pricing is very reasonable and Jim is an expert. He can and does make repairs on site, which most companies do not. I Would not choose any other company for this service.

Jim is really great to work with. I bought a commercial property in Rocklin 2 years ago and he has taken care of all the Back Flow testings. His prices are also fair and I have been able to depend on him with various other small projects on my property.

Requested a quote through yelp and received a competitive price within an hour. Would have used them to test my backflow system, but went with another company that I had previously contacted and gave me an identical price quote. The quote was $62 to test the system and submit the results to satisfy the annual testing requirements of Placer County Water Agency.
