I appreciate Bill's 24h Plumbing, made an estimate of the time someone would arrive, when that was going to change let me know in advance. Despite their crazy busy schedule, according to my insurance company, he had never had so many reports of broken pipes. He fit me in and instead of just informing me there were 3 additional issues just waiting to happen, he repaired the broken pipe due to freezing and fixed the other three problem areas at the same time!! Can't Thank them enough

Bill has done work for me on several occasions including fixing a burst frost free spigot and other water heater issues. I was impressed with his professionalism, timeliness, communication and rates. As a 24hr service in the Missoula area, he quickly arrived outside normal business hours to fix the broken faucet and ease my stress over the weekend with reasonable rates. During normal operating hours, Bill is able to schedule appointments 2 weeks faster than other plumbers I have contacted in town. He had great communication with his timeframe as he completed a prior job to mine that morning. He has always taken the time to answer any questions I have and ensure I have a solid understanding of different aspects of the plumbing in my home.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! This is what a tax cheat looks like. Overcharges by hundreds and then offers a discount for cash payment. Bill Thomas likes working off the books. One can tell from the answers Bill gives his negative reviews, what an arrogant, rude, unprofessional and petty individual he is, calling customers idiots and crazy. Unethical, greedy, deceiving and dishonest to his customers and community! Bill charged me $2300 to install an $800 Water Heater, which took about an hour. I asked twice 'why so much?' He stated that's what they cost, letting me believe water heaters cost that much. Then he had the nerve to tell me to get cash so I can get $150 knocked off. Threatening me with a lawyer is funny, and will not stop me from speaking out! I can back up these facts with pictures of Bill Thomas' rude texts and lousy invoice! I also hit record when he called me to tell me to go f*** myself after I send him a text to clarify why he charged so much for installation. He knows what he did! Is Bill Thomas worth $1500 an hour??? I think not!!! He also left me without warranty or paperwork for the new Heater. This business is run by a greedy, lying crook! I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau.

Wonderful service, polite, showed up on time and did a terrific job! I will always rely on Bill for plumbing issues. Great job, very professional.

We had a small emergency repair on a leaky supply line to our clawfoot tub. Bill responded quickly and was able to get out to our home and repair within 24 hours thus avoiding further damage to our tile floor. I would 100% use them again.

Bill fixed our boiler quickly and efficiently. His communication was excellent. He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. The price might be a little high but his competence was worth every penny.

I had to call Bill out on an emergency on a Sunday, he got here fast, that was good because I couldn't keep up with the flow of raw sewage, yes raw sewage. The town of Lolo's sewage system had a big ball of yuck stuck in it and it had no where to go but into my lower floor's toilet and bathtub. I had vacumned about 20 gallons of sludge up and when Bill got here he took one look at it, requested I follow him and he showed me where the problem was. It was the city or township of Lolos system. On a Sunday who am I supposedr to call to get this fixed? Bill took full control, he called the city explained the problem, told me how to go about all the insurance issues, he even waited while I wrote it down. Bilk stayed until the city guys showed up. Basically he kept me calm, mentally holding me together. I can't say enough about his professionalism, courtesy, super quick response on a Sunday no less. I will never use another plumber. He absolutely knows plumbing, it took him less than 30 seconds to diagnose the problem and 2 minutes to get the city people headed this way.

Called on Sunday. Quick return call. Great advice to my cost advantage, not to make $ for him. After taking his advice and getting a free Northwest Energy inspection to be sure it doesn't need to be condemned, I'll call him for service so I don't waste money fixing old junk.
He firmly cautioned me to put my safety first and get inspected ASAP. Years ago someone suggested it might have a serious problem, but I didnt trust them to not just be trying to sell a new system. He said Northwest Energy will inspect it free and nonbiased... great advice!!!

I called Bill on a Friday afternoon because I needed a plumber quick. Even though he was leaving town for the weekend, he took the time to come by my house. I had hot water leaks and he quickly replaced the overflow valve and pipe because it was leaking due to a bad blow out from the sprinkler guy. Bill called me back on Monday to see if the water heater was still leaking. I said it was, but not as bad. He made an appointment to come back on Tuesday morning and replace the pressure reducer gauge that had also been damaged by the sprinkler service. Bill was quick, efficient, very nice, and most of all, reasonable. I was very pleased with his service and definitely would call on him again in the future with any of my plumbing needs.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, OFFENSIVE, and DEROGATORY! Unprovoked, he said my wife and I had ""NO COMMON SENSE"" and ""ASK THE MOST FUCKING RETARDED QUESTIONS"", and hung up on me after asking a basic question about work to be performed. He does not know the brand of the products he installs. Overcharges for a part he says will fail in less than 4 years. Way to stand behind your products you sell. Said the water heater came with 7 year warranty, only has a 6 year warranty according to manufacturer.
We hired Bill to do a basic water heater install. During the install, he insisted we install an anti-scolding valve per code. Okay, that's fine, but when my wife asked if it was a Honeywell brand valve, he said ""Never heard of them"". After the install, we looked and there is a large label on the valve that says Honeywell.
After the inspection was done, Bill called and told us we need a new chimney liner. I said, ""Okay, but don't we have a chimney liner?"" (which we do). He literally exploded on me, saying ""YOU AND YOUR WIFE ARE THE MOST EDUCATED PEOPLE WITH NO COMMON SENSE"" and ""YOU ASK THE MOST FUCKING RETARDED QUESTIONS"". He followed up by saying that ""I'M NOT DOING ANY MORE WORK FOR YOU"", and abruptly hung up on me.
I deeply regret hiring Bill in the first place, and his customer service is the worst I have ever experienced by any company, period. His unprofessional, and completely unprovoked reaction to a basic question was completely INAPPROPRIATE and UNWARRANTED, not to mention extremely politically incorrect, offensive and derogatory to the disability community! Shame on you.
If I could, I'd give Bill zero stars. He'll NEVER get my business again, and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know in Missoula and the surrounding area of my experience so they don't make the same mistake either. He is unworthy of my business and yours.
