Donna S.Billington plumbing came to the rescue quickly and was so helpful. Our water sump pump float broke and needed a new float while the water was up to 9 inches in our basement . They fixed it quickly and even came back to check it for us a few days later. The office staff is delightful too. Can't recommend them enough.
Nick K.First service call determined that a new shower mixer valve needed replacement. Serviceman said that a return visit would be scheduled as soon as a replacement part was obtained. After three weeks of no response, I called the office to follow-up. After leaving multiple voicemail messages over a two week period and getting no responses, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

After reading a review and having much aggravation which eventually turned into a nightmare with Glens Falls Heating and Oil ( would not use them even if I was freezing and had NO heat) I decided to give Billington a call and this was the best thing I could have done. Bill certainly educated us on the truly complicated heating system that GF Heating put in and Lynn always answers the phone and also gets back to you with the time of your appt.
