I met Bill once in a bank parking lot. Since he was in a plumbing truck, I asked him about an issue I was having with my basement trap. He did not even know me and explained everything I needed to know as a do it yourselfer. He offered his services as well. Haven't had the pleasure of using his services, but I certainly will if the need arises. I tell anyone I can about my experience meeting him, and I recommend him based on that. Friends have used him and thank me for the referral. Very nice man!
