Just received great service from Steve T. He showed up exactly on time so I didn't have to waste a workday waiting for a ""window"" time estimate. He took care of two major jobs quickly and helped solve a long playing issue with some old faucets. I will be asking for Steve by name if or when I need anything else!

They were very responsive and able to send a technician the very next morning! Alfonso came over, diagnosed the issue, and replaced worn out parts on two toilets in about an hour. He was quick, efficient, professional, and even kind enough to help me move my mattress to my car and tie it down with me!!! The toilets are now in perfectly good working order =] I would definitely use this company again.

Great company to use! Scheduling an appointment was easy and the coordinators were very pleasant and helpful. The technician, Alex, was right on time and fixed my leaking bathtub faucet without trouble, making sure the job was 100% before he left. He was knowledgeable, honest, and conscientious about the fact that the water for my entire building was off for the duration of the repair, so he completed his work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use him again for future plumbing issues.

We had some water coming up out of our kitchen sink last night and were worried about a possible clogged drain, so I called Bill West Plumbing and the phone staff answered promptly, had a technician talk to me over the phone and we made an appointment for this evening. I liked that they had a later time slot which meant I did not have to skip work. Alex Espinoza arrived on time and was very courteous, honest, and up front about his diagnosis and estimates for snaking the drain. Overall a great experience and would call them again next time!

Was having issues with 3 toilets flushing poorly and constantly running water. Contacted Bill West due to great Yelp recommendations and could not have been happier with their service. I work a tough schedule with a lot of travel, so I value efficient, prompt solutions/service and that is exactly what I got. Eddie Beckett arrived at 6pm on the dot to access the situation Monday evening and quickly communicated the issue (fill valve and flapper complications). Unfortunately, he did not have the necessary parts to fix the problem then, but gave me an estimate to fix the problem on Thursday once he had the ordered parts. He arrived at 6pm sharp on Thursday and fixed all the toilets in under hour for the exact cost of the estimate. Everything is working great now and I cannot be more appreciative for his professionalism, work ethic, and great service. A no-brainer decision... if you live in the Los Angeles area and are having plumbing problems, Bill West is the solution.

So great! Called last night for a leaking garbage disposal, and got an appointment for tonight. Alex was on time, he was friendly, and he figured out the problem quickly. Fully expected him to have to run out and get a replacement and come back tomorrow, but he had the replacement with him, and he fixed everything within 30 mins. Thank you Alex, you're the man!

Today was the second time I've used Bill West--both problems unrelated. Phone staff were courteous and both technicians were efficient. My first call was an emergency and when a 2nd plumbing problem necessitated repair, I didn't hesitate.

Dishonest. Sent them back. Gave me a quote for 3 tasks. When we call them again and decided to do only 2 tasks they said on the phone that they'd honor the estimate of those 2 same exact tasks, which was going to be $96 x 2.

When technician came it was a different story. First task was going to now be $227 and the second task (which is the same as first) was going to be $96.

What a shame. No complains about professionalism or that anyone wasn't nice. Just dishonest business practice.
