Adan Gutierrez was so helpful and worked really hard to solve all our problems. He made us feel confident in his work by the care, time, and expertise he spent fixing our multiple plumbing issues. We also have three big dogs he was able to work around. I would highly suggest Adan for any plumbing job and we know he will be the one we call if we ever have issues in the future!

Didn't show up during our arranged time, and didn't call me until after the appointment time to rebook for the next day. Then they told me that they could be at my place in 30 mins, but it didn't happen.

Updated: Business called to see if he could arrange something else. I thought that was nice, but still a no go for me.

We had a great experience with Bill West Plumbing, and Heriberto (Eddie) in particular. They came on time and did great work installing new drainage pipes for our bathroom and kitchen. The price was fair and there was no high-pressure upsell. In fact, they ended up recommending a less expensive option than the one we originally thought we needed.

We're getting more skeptical of businesses with a zillion five-star Yelp reviews, but in this case the reviews are correct. I'm happy to recommend Heriberto and Bill West.

Our plumber Mike was awesome! I called Bill West because our toilet was backed up. It was leaking water from its base. Mike showed up within an hour from making the appointment. Mike said it was because the drainage pipe was blocked. He recommended getting the lines pumped and it fixed the issue.

Found Bill West on Yelp because the plumber we usually use was held up on another job. They were fast and was able to send Julio out to investigate a gas line leak within a couple of hours. It turned out to be a big job that lasted several days but Julio and his team were hard working and got the job done. Julio was very good at updating me daily so I could stay informed and knew what to expect. I would definitely use them again.

I had no water pressure to my washer, and I previously had 2 plumbers from Ninja Plumber come out. It took a few weeks to schedule, they missed their first two appointments, and when they finally came, they just verified that there was no water pressure and said I'd need to replace the angle valves for $700. I called Bill West Plumbing to get a second opinion. They scheduled me for the very next day, and Bill Pena came out to take a look. He spent a lot more time trying to see if the angle valve was the issue, determined it wasn't, and eventually traced the line down to the common area of the condo where we found that 3 valves had been put in the off position (someone else had done this earlier due to remodeling in their unit). After flipping the valves back on, I had water to my washer! Didn't have to pay for any expensive plumbing work, just good detective work by Bill Pena. Would highly recommend him, and Bill West Plumbing.
