I have a local plumber in town that I've used for years. I trust their service and price, and they have never steered me wrong. I was in a pinch this week, and needed urgent service. My usual plumber wasn't available, so I called Bill West. The customer service rep was pleasant and offered next morning service. That was wonderful. They missed the appointment window, but they gave me a heads up call. This was a last minute appointment, so I can't complain.

The plumber that came out was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew instantly what the issue was, but informed me they needed to charge $495 to test/confirm. That seemed high, but I truly was in a pinch so I agreed. I asked how much the work would be if he was right, and he said he wasn't sure. I should have pressed this question. The estimate for the repair was outrageous.

I called my trusted plumber in and got an estimate that was less than half the price. I didn't tip them off on how much they were bidding against, only that the other bid seemed high. I will not be calling Bill West again.

We had a clogged shower drain so we called bill west plumbing. Scheduled an appointment the following day and Adan showed up right on time. Adan was very informative, professional and helpful. Super nice guy and fixed the issue

I'm a property manager . We called them to do work at our building. They came out and performed well. I spoke directly with the owner after incurring a little bit of issue with the front desk ladies. They require $69 per visit. I'm looking for a vendor that does not. However good service.

In a pinch, I needed service for my kitchen sink that was overflowing. I called Bill West Plumbing and they sent someone early the next morning. George was very professional, he did a great job and fixed our problem in no time! :) He took the extra effort of wearing plastic bags over his shoes as not to dirty our carpets. My family and I are extremely pleased with their service and are definitely repeat customers. :) Thank you, George!

For those that are new to Bill West Plumbing, they will request a credit card over the phone when you book, but you can pay otherwise when the technician shows up to your house or business. Don't think twice about going anywhere else!

STAY AWAY! I usually use Lords of Plumbing but I was in a pinch and gave this business a shot.

We had a leak we wanted someone to look at and asses potential water damage. We waited an extra day so they could bring a special meter to read it. On the day of, the technician didn't have the special meter with him. The technician who came to the house was great though and seemed to figure out our problems without it, I did however find it strange the meter had been forgotten since we waited an extra day.

Upon the technicians departure, we were baffled why our bill was $250 to have a technician simply come look at our space. When we called to double check the price, they said they had overcharged us and that in fact we only needed to pay $99, not $250.

I couldn't get a manager on the phone for two weeks to get my refund, after calling and leaving repeated messages. After yet another call, I finally spoke with Cesar, after calling again and he kindly refunded the overcharge. I've been waiting for my refund check in the mail for a few weeks and just received it. Not only is it made out to the wrong name, but for the completely wrong amount that we did not agree to. I have no idea why this experience has been so difficult and disappointing but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

UPDATE: I was contacted and it was handled well. A check came in the mail for the correct amount and they refunded me back my entire bill, which was very kind. I was pleased with the outcome and appreciate them handling the mistake.

Alex was a great plumber. He was fair and transparent about what was absolutely necessary and what wasn't. He also gave me options and showed me exactly what the problem was and how he'd methodically fix it. Great service from him.

So they tell me that they can do the job of replacing my toilet the same day. I scheduled an appointment from 4-6 pm. They arrived around 4:30 pm and proceeded to tell me that they can't do the job today because it's too late. Well, why did your dispatch tell me they could! Then I ask for the quote anyway and it's $1200 to replace a toilet. Are you kidding me? Ridiculous waste of my time. Bye Felicia!
