Bill West Plumbing and heating was shockingly amazing. They were very fast with responding to , what I would think is a huge emergency!! I found their website and read a little on the business and decided to go for it. Right in the main page was a contact us form, how convenient. My water tank decided to break and it was nothing but a huge flood. Concerned I wouldn't get someone to my house in time to get it fixed before the damage was irreversible. I filled out their ""contact us today"" on the website page and I immediately got a call within minutes to see what problems I was having. Of course being frantic and worried, I bombarded them in questions and strange concerns about my house and water tank system. They answered all my questions very calmly and with extreme confidents in their services they provide. He even gave me some advice for the future for my systems. And how to check on the maintenance. I would say it was a great conversation and relieved some of my stress. We set up an appointment, and in no time they were at my house getting my systems fixed to new ! They even helped me with the water damage and things I can do to further prevent issues. Outside of the wonderful customer service and knowledge they have , the pricing is very reasonable. I must say any other issues I may have, they will certainly have my business. Thanks guys !!

Updating this review because David from Bill West called me to chat about the service I had received and his accountability and customer service was definitely above and beyond anything expected. He not only took the time to listen to what happened, but also would not charge me for the Bill West service and is covering the additional appliance technician bill I incurred. Knowing how much Bill West cares about their customers is definitely reassuring and I definitely appreciate this effort and David's time. Thank you!

My air conditioning unit was serviced by Bill West Plumbing on June 20, 2018. The condensate pump needed replacement. The technician called in to get the quote for the pump. It was quoted $650.00 by the Bill West office. I Googled the same pump immediately. The quoted online price was $50.00 to $70.00. Be aware. Check pricing before consenting to repairs. Needless to say - I DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND BILL WEST PLUMBING.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Angela at the phones was courteous, personal and efficient. Kev came over and was nothing short of OUTSTANDING; he even fixed another problem with our water heater for free. You can tell he is a good and honest person; genuinely caring for my family and myself and going the extra mile expecting nothing in return but a happy customer.

I appreciate that they won't charge the visit so that there is no pressure. I thought I had washing machine problem and the washing machine guy charged us to come and tell us we had a plumbing issue. I was comfortable knowing that I could call these guys and get a quote --even if they couldn't fix the problem.

Thanks you guys. I honestly wish I never have plumbing issues again, but if I do, you'll be hearing from me.

We have used Bill West Plumbing extensively and happily for the last 5-6 years and sadly the last two times, we were very disappointed. We gave them another chance after the first bad experience as we thought it was a fluke but after the second bad experience we won't be using them again. The customer service representative was nice enough but their ability to dispatch someone in a timely/organized fashion was a terrible disaster and the plumber that finally showed up was unprepared and seemed disinterested in delving into the problem and took this ""not my problem"" attitude with us. We received a call from the manager who was very nice but ultimately over-promised and under-delivered. Too bad as we once thought they were a great company. Moving on.......

Bill West continues to be my plumbing company of choice. I called this morning to have a backed up kitchen sink snaked out, and they were able to give me a choice of times to have a technician come out. They even called earlier than I had asked for to see if I wanted someone to come out then. When Adan came, he was polite, professional, and he got the job done in less than an hour. I will absolutely call Bill West any time I need a plumber!

This is a fantastic company with all around excellent service & employees. The people in the office were courteous & clear and when Sam arrived he was friendly and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. I even got a follow up call to ensure my satisfaction. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any job Big or small! Thanks guys!

This is the best place to call in case if you get your toilets clogged ! A friend referred me to call this place when we needed it before having a family party . My friend told me that the customer service is great and friendly , not rude like mos places . They had a great service provider who helped solve the problem and funded the bathroom. My family finally made a call and we got a very good worker who helped unclogg the toilet before party day ! I suggest you give a call and get your problem solved right away ! Great and respectful workers , they will get the job done as soon as possible and they talk to you and make you still feel comfortable they usually are out of the way

You can really tell if you've found a good business by how they deal with their own mistakes (which inevitably happens with every business): We scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday. After my husband sat at home on the Saturday waiting for the plumber to show up, one never did. I contacted Bill West's team and received multiple apologies and above all, no excuses.

Even though it was a Saturday, the nice woman who answered the phone asked if the owner, David, could reach me that day. Within minutes, David called me and made everything right! We had a plumber, Chris, out the next day (Sunday) and all of our plumbing issues were fixed efficiently and professionally - and free of charge. We were even given a free 2 year Happy Home Membership which among other things includes 3 system inspections per year. We did not ask for any of this. Needless to say, these are our new go to guys.

These guys are horrible. We spent 20 minutes on the phone with them explaining what we needed, but the person who came out did not receive any of that information and was not prepared to do the job. Of course, these guys made us provide a credit card ahead of time - we will dispute it if they try to charge us. Stay away - you don't want any part of this.
