Would give 0 stars if possible. I own a roofing company and a roof tile fell and broke a plastic elbow pipe. So I had to turn off the homeowners water until I could fix it, the problem was we were in nokomis Florida and it was 10:00 at night. If I could have went to Home Depot it would have been literally a five dollar fix. I offered to put the homeowner in a hotel until morning but he insisted I call a plumber. So I contacted bill the plumber he said yes it's a $90 service fee then see how much parts will be, I said great come out. He arrived at midnight looks at the problem and says yeah I can fix it easy let me work up a bill. When he came back from the truck he hands me a bill for $790.00 I thought he was kidding! I said why so much he said cause it was midnight. I said I won't pay that much can you come down a little he said I could go online and print out a $25 coupon but he needs the coupon to give the discount! I pulled out $500 and said can you fix it he replied No Way! So I gave him $90 for his service fee and told him to leave. If only I wasn't worried about causing a scene I probably would have punched him for being such a complete jerk.

I called them to unclog my kitchen sink. They wanted $700. I refused their service, but still had to pay them a $60 trip charge. Buyer beware.
