Bill did a great job. I renovated a rental and noticed gas was leaking from a wall heater unit. I left Bill a message. Around the end of the day he returned the call. I told him the unit was vacant and that there was a contractors lock box available. He estimated the day he'd show up. Showed up a couple days early and gave me his solution and price. I agreed. He, once again, showed up earlier than expected, used the key in the contractors lock box, made the repair, and left me an invoice on the counter. The transaction was one of the most seamless and professional I had experienced in that area. For a landlord who does long distance property management, I'd pick a Bill Tarr every time.
