Had the overflow cover rust out in the center and fall off on our tub. My husband looked at doing it himself but it was a much bigger job than he thought...the ""kits"" out there would not work on the builder tubs in Foothill Ranch. Called Perfection Plumbing and they were amazing. Gave us options and we decided to install an access panel rather than redoing drywall and paint.(big money saver)....clean, competent, and friendly. Meant to post this but I kept forgetting. Had a slab Leak and Thank Goodness for Perfection Plumbing and RJM Solutions. We had major water damage and needed a Partial Reroute on our Pipes. The work was meticulous and when done our home looked better than before. They worked with our insurance company to get more that we expected covered. I didn't realize at first that Richard at RJM Solutions was a general contractor so we used them for additional work on the house as well.(Basically a full remodel---Laminate, Tile, Drywall, Paint, Cabinets and Drawers) Just Amazing. Both Great family owned Businesses.

They did extensive work at my house changing every angle stop and putting in new faucets in the laundry room and the kitchen. Their work was excellent, they were on time, cleaned everything up and the price was fair and well worth it.

We had a few plumbing issues (shower valve leak, outside pipe shut off drip, and dishwasher installation), and we called Bill Sherman at Perfection Plumbing. He is as honest, hard working, and efficient as you can get. He tackled all three projects in a few hours, and didn't try to milk it. He gave advice and recommendations for work needed, and for work that was not necessarily needed. He was honest and did not try to upsale. He did great quality work, and I would definitely use him again for any plumbing issues that we might have.

Bill is outstanding!. He accessed the job, took care of getting me all the necessary parts, completed the work quickly and gave suggestions on way to save money (you dont need that when this less expensive alternative works just as well,) he took an amazing amount of (his) time to answer my questions and make some adjustments to my water pressure, He was very reasonable in his fees, actually much less expensive than any other quote I received.
I highly recommend Bill Sherman for his vast experience and knowledge, and most importanty his interest in helping others save on plumbing that isnt necessary.

Best plumber in HB and FV. Truly honest and is a perfectionist. Quality work and well worth the price. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with his suggestions. Used him for 40 years. Bill Sherman does the job right the first time and uses quality materials. He is not a Toto toilet fan. Recognized by most of the plumbing supply houses as you can send one's wife to pick up what she wants and needs. Has great referral network if you need someone who will do the job right and with exacting measurements.

Needed a plumber and checked YELP. Bill Sherman (Sherman Bill Perfect Plumbing Service) came out to replace our garbage disposal and was able to repair it instead. He also fixed a leaky faucet out back. Sherman is a very nice guy, charged us a far amount, and did good work. I don't usually give five stars but I'm relieved to finally find a plumbing craftsman.
