We called Bill Shafer Plumbing as both toilets wouldn't flush. They sent someone out within 20 minutes! Carmen was wonderful. He took the time to investigate what was going on and got both toilets working within the hour due to a plugged stoppage. We appreciated his help and knowledge. Will call them again in a heartbeat! Bill Shafer plumbing is the best. Eric came at 10:00 at night to fix a broken water line in our house. Eric had been working since 6 AM, so he was on hour 16 when he made it to us. Not sure how many previous emergency stops he had already made. Superb service!!

I called Bill Shafer Plumbing on a Saturday morning when I noticed the toilet was not filling up all The way. I had read this could be dangerous and let gases into the house. Thirty minutes after calling and leaving a message Mr. Bill Shafer himself called me back. Did I mention this was on a Saturday morning? He talked me through a quick and easy fix that took less than 5 mins. When I asked him how I could pay him he told me to just have a nice weekend. Did I mention this was a Saturday morning?
