Absolutely phenomenal customer service. We had somewhat of an emergency situation and he came asap. He was very good at explaining everything he was doing and he was very thorough as well. Extremely personable as my daughter, husband and I had a nice time chatting with him. His price was very reasonable especially given the amount of time he spent on our tank. We would highly recommend him and would certainly use his services again.

Bill got to our place the next day after we called him, he was able to locate our septic tank as the previous owners did not disclose the location and he emptied our tank quickly and efficiently. He was super cordial with my dad and husband and is good at his job. He was fairly priced, efficient and knowledgeable. We would for sure use this business again in the future. I saw this company's truck going down the road in our neighborhood and figured I would give them a call to have them do routine maintenance on my system.

Not only was the company able to fit me into the schedule on the same day, but Bill took the time to explain and show me what work was done. He also provided me additional information to look for in the future if another company comes out to do maintenance on my system. It's never fun when the septic high water alarm goes off. I had been using a different service, but they no longer want to come all they way out to the Lake Travis area. I found Bill Sanchez Plumbing & Septic on Yelp! and I'm glad I did. Bill was prompt, friendly, and thorough. He did a meticulous pump-out of the tanks, and quickly diagnosed the pump issue as a simple wiring issue. I also greatly appreciate Bill walking me through my system and highlighting simple areas I could improve/maintain better myself.

Bill's charge was highly reasonable considering the amount to pump out and the need to diagnose and repair the field pump.

Amazing! Bill provides excellent service, going above and beyond whenever we've needed him over the years to service our system (before shelling out for a full replacement).

He's consistently responsive, thorough in draining the tank and clean-outs, super knowledgeable (we've had questions--he's got answers), professional and always friendly. All a huge relief (pun intended) when your family is in a tough spot because your your toilets swirl and won't drain on a weekend. Of the countless number of companies we've called and dealt with over the years, his number is the only one saved and he's the first septic specialist we recommend.

Bill's awesome! He took my sewage issue call on a Saturday...on a Saturday, people! I had a sewage ejector/grinder pump failure and every other plumber told me I'd be paying major $$$ to replace it. Bill took a better path...he was friendly, super knowledgeable, and very solution-focused to suggest just doing a quick cleaning of our sewage pump pit to help get my family functioning again, and then later figure out if we really needed to do a pump replacement or not. Guess what...he cleaned my pit with his beast of a truck, and got my pump working again, without needing to replace it! It was just a simple circuit breaker failure that all the other plumbers "conveniently" missed. He saved me thousands of dollars by focusing on my needs first! And in the process, he was so polite, and so eager to help my family get back to septic safety as fast as possible. I will always call Bill again for repeat plumbing issues...he earned my business for life! Thanks Bill....I will definitely send my friends your way. I was in need of a septic pumping and inspection on a home we were purchasing/inspecting. Bill arrived early for the job and was extremely knowledgeable as he walked me through everything. (As we've never owned a septic system we admittedly had a lot of questions.) Bill was was pleasant to work with and most importantly was thorough. Expert service, above and beyond. He located (and cleaned) a septic tank that prior septic service firms had not even looked for. No wonder we had problems.
