I've used Bill Quinn Plumbing for over ten years. You can't ask for better plumbing company. They are always on time and his prices have alway been great. They seem to me to be very experienced plumbers who know what they are doing and do it in a timely fashion. Over the many years his company has never let me down yet. Personally he and this company are just nice people to talk to. They are also very dependable people. Easy to work with to get the job done. I don't normally write reviews but in this case it would be shame not to let people know.

Used them for years. No more. Pat Quinn got mad at me and yelled ""F*ck you lady,"" for daring to say that ""past due"" notices had not come to my house because they had the wrong name on the bill.

I had this company come to my home to fix a pipe. Bill was the mans name. So polite and nice to me. He even showed me how to turn the water main off and said to call him and he would show me how to start a pump I have downstairs. He came when he said he would and fixed my problem immediately. I would definitely recommend this company

Scheduled to have to valve stems replaced in my condo. I had to notify the board of managers that 8 units would be without water for at least 2 hours in the afternoon of scheduled appointment. 1 week prior, the notification went out - things looked good for the job to go ahead.

At 8:22, on the morning of the job, I received a call from the person who was doing the work giving me every reason and excuse why he could not be there to fix my very minor plumbing issue.

He told me he called me at home, on my cell etc... and was not able to reach me. (I checked he had not called until that morning.)

Since I had notified the Condominium Association that the water was going to be off, it was too late to change the plans of said repair.

I was able to contact a better, more qualified company who did the repair in 25 minutes. The water was turned back on and no one had any problems. The work was immaculate. The person they sent was very polite and knew what he was doing.

I will never use Bill Quinn plumbing or any of his workers (no names necessary) to do any plumbing work on my home.

My first mistake was thinking I could count on a company since I gave them ample time (1 week) to get the job done right.

I do not recommend this company and will not use them again.

While Pat Quinn may not be the fastest plumber to arrive at your home, and reaching him by phone is a challenge, he is a true professional and went above and beyond to repair the plumbing problems in both our kitchen and bathroom. He diagnosed and repaired the dishwasher leak that was damaging the apt. below us; redid the pipes under the kitchen sink; and installed new hardware. In the bathroom, he did an overhaul of the toilet that would no longer flush. This is a true gentleman. He even installed the new toilet seat that was sitting in its package in the bathroom...we didn't ask him and he took care of it anyway. Pat is personable, respectful of his clients' homes and can be relied upon to get the job done right the first time.

We called to have a toilet repaired. My husband took the day off of work and we were told Bill would arrive within a 4 hour window. He never showed up, and never called. We called his secretary and she said he would be giving us a call. Terrible customer service.

Bill is Great. We called at 9:30 pm about a leak. Bill was there first thing in the morning, found the source of the leak, unclogged it. No Muss No Fuss. Very Reliable.

I called to have a leak repaired. I was asked if someone would be home all day in case they could fit me in that day, if not they would call me next morning with a time they would come that day. I said someone would be home and someone was but unfortunately when they called no one was able to get to the phone at that moment. I called back a little later and left a message. No call back. No call the next morning. I called in the morning and the secretary said she was surprised no one called me. She said she would speak to them and someone would get back to me. No one called all day. I called again and left a message. They just called this morning but I found another plumber. It's unfortunate that there was not better communication from this company. I try to use businesses in the area. This time it didn't work.
