We have used Bill Metzger Plumbing for most of our plumbing jobs in the last 3 years (both small and large jobs - repipe entire house, new tankless water heater, snaking, sink and garbage disposal change out, etc. They show up the day they say they will, they are expensive (but maybe it's just that I haven't needed so much work done in years) but they are thorough. The owner is a bit of a curmudgeon but he has trained his employees well, they appear to be ethical and know what how to do it right. They do a clean and efficient job and I've never had a problem passing inspection by the city with their finished work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I call in and Jen was able to get a plumber out the same day. I appreciate getting an email from Bill and call from Jen on the progress of the job. I wish more business would have such good follow up skills. Thank you.

Called this company early evening on a Monday in need of emergency service for a backed up line and flooding from the toilet and shower. By the address provided i'm around the corner from them and they claim to be 24 hours a day. The man I spoke with was rather short with me and stated he'd see if he could find someone to come out but don't count on it and said he'd call me back. Waited a while and never heard a word back so I called another company who came out within minutes and handled the job. More than 24 hours later and I still haven't received the call back.
