It's really rare when you find a service provider that is responsive, honest, competent, and reasonable. It's even more rare when you find one during a pandemic that goes out of their way to help you and treat you fairly, and on 4th of July Holiday! I had a situation where a water heater went out where I was spending some vacation time and had guests coming over. BILL Metzger Plumbing was one of four Plumbers I had contacted; actually thanks to positive YELP reviews. Bill was the most responsive, polite, and accurate of all of the service providers that I was vetting for this job. Even better, his staff was so professional, meticulous with his work and regard to safety. They expedited the delivery and installation of a water heater that will fit in this cabinet like you would never have imagined possible. I am really thankful that there are professionals like BILL Metzger in business. It's a lost art in providing outstanding customer service and as far as Plumbers go, they win 1st Place.

I found this company on Yelp we had a urinal that was backed up, they sent a plumber and after several days the plumber was able to install a new cartridge.Less than 30 days later the same urinal was backing up again, I called them and they sent out a plumber it was fixed and they sent me an invoice? I called back and asked why would you charge me again for a problem I originally paid for? Their explanation is it was a discounted price. Well 2 weeks later again the urinal is backed up and I called their office and they said Bill would call me back, I am still waiting.

IMO I would look elsewhere

We had a water heater emergency on Saturday evening. I called Bill Metzger Plumbing and they were great . They sent a technician out at 8:30 pm and helped to figure out the problem .. we were happy to have help on the weekend ..In Monday we ended op replacing the old water heater and we are very happy with it. The techs and the office people were polite and helpful .. They answered all our questions and the prices were reasonable

Excellent company providing top tier service with attention to detail, a good attitude and a healthy respect for the customer's bottom line. Bill was a pleasure to work with on a reasonable estimate, and Zach did a yeoman's job with the installation of our new water heater. We will certainly use Bill Metzger Plumbing again.

I called to get a new faucet on our kitchen sink and I got a response immediately!! Jacob, who works for the company, was fast, efficient and extremely nice!! I cannot give the service enough compliments. Especially now with all that is going on! I would highly recommend them!! So, so pleased! Thanks again, Jacob, for doing such a great job!!

Very disappointed. They installed a water heater for about $1,500 a month before we sold our house. The home inspector told us that it was not up to code. When I contacted Metzger they said they generally don't meet the code requirements. They said that they would make it code for another $300. Totally unethical. I would rather hire the homeless guy on Pico because I trust him more.

We woke up Saturday morning to wet carpet! After some not so brilliant detective work, we determined the water heater had a meltdown. After doing a little we research and price shopping we decided on Bill Metzger Plumbing and so glad we did! They showed up as promised (which was late Saturday afternoon) and that was a surprising relief! it's been my experience that plumbers often over book to keep from losing the job and then try to reschedule for the following day. Not this time :) he showed up and even though it was late and dark he still did an exceptional job!

The price was competitive and only high-quality parts were used.

Big thanks to Art and Bill Metzger Plumbing for making an ugly expensive mess allot easier!!

When our water heater unexpectedly decided to retire on a Saturday afternoon, I didn't have a trusted plumber to contact. I did my research and found several options. After my conversations with each, I felt most comfortable with Bill Metzger Plumbing.
I received great communication from Bill and he said he would have someone to my home first thing the next morning. Luis was the assigned technician and he was super friendly and courteous. He knocked the job out quickly and efficiently and left the space in a better condition than when he arrived. Luis a great representative for the company.
It's just a water heater and a routine job for any plumbing company. I could pay anyone to do it. The difference maker is the quality of service which includes everything from communication, attitude and professionalism of the technician, and honesty.
Having moved to the area recently, I didn't have a go-to for plumbing services. Now I believe I do in Bill Metzger Plumbing.

My experience with Bill Metzger plumbing was nothing short of FANTASTIC yesterday ! I think we can all agree having a plumbing issue ranks right up there with a unforeseen trip to the dentist. I called first thing in the morning , within a few short hours Greg arrived. He quickly diagnosed a cracked pipe that was leaking in our garage. Greg was professional and conscientious about cleaning up the repair. Thank you Greg and Bill Metzger plumbing for a job well done!
