Preventative actions I could take and gave recommendations. He arrived punctually. He was freshly showered, and his uniform was clean and he was well groomed. When asked direct questions, he gave direct answers. I was exceedingly pleased with his demeanor, clarity, and skill at fixing the drain in my kitchen. He is a 5-Star technician. Cannot recommend him too highly. He was great.

I was told by the gas company to get a licensed plumber to come and check on the gas pressure inside the house. I called them and they sent me a plumber right away and when they came, measured the pressure and when they found out that everything is normal and no need to fix anything they credited me back their fees and they didn't take advantage of the situation.

Alfonso from Bill Metzger Plumbing came to our home to fix a water leak. We were very impressed from our first call with everyone in the office. Alfonso came out on a Sunday and did not disappoint. After he fixed the leak, I inquired about getting our home repiped since this was the second pin hole leak in the past 5 years. He gave us a bid the next day and we moved forward to get things repiped. Although, communication about what a mess it would create was a little loose, everything and everyone on the job and through the office were extremely professional and they did an excellent job! Greg a manager was also very helpful when Alfonso was not available for a short time on one of the days. Excellent people! Highly recommend them.

I have used several plumbers in the South Orange County area over the years. I have now used Bill Metzger Plumbing twice. Both times the experience was characterized by 1. Excellent communication with the office person. 2. Easy scheduling. 3. Plumber showed up on time and prepared for the job. The most recent involved replacing leaking pipes in a wall. The plumber Vince and his helper were efficient, unobtrusive, showed me the job with estimate before any work was done, documented the completed work, and charged a fair price IMO. My experiences with Bill Metzger plumbing were far better than most others I have had. I do not plan on using another plumber in the future.

I contacted Bill Metzger Plumbing to have them come by and rebuild two external hose bibs at my home in San Clemente.

Upon arrival, Alfanso, the service man, told me company policy was that a bib install would cost $300 - (per bib). I was shocked. I had estimated this to be a around an 1 hour job. Sadly, I had no choice.

Upon completion of the job, which took around an hour and a half, Alfonso told me he would only charge me half price for the 2nd bib. Great! That brought the cost to $530. Suddenly the company pricing policy had become fungible. What a rip off! Cost of the project was over $350 an hour. Absurdly high, even in todays world. (Note: I already had the new bibs on site ready for install.) The quality of the work was fine. But NEVER AGAIN. I'l look elsewhere for my plumbing needs.
