I can't say enough great things about Bill Metzger Plumbing and the incredible service I received today from Monte. My kitchen sink backed up unexpectedly just days before hosting a big holiday dinner, and Monty showed up with the utmost professionalism, grace, and care. He was not only quick to diagnose and fix the issue, but he was also genuinely kind and thoughtful--understanding the stress of needing everything to work smoothly before company arrives. His calm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I felt confident that I was in great hands.

This is the third time I've used Bill Metzger Plumbing, and I won't go anywhere else. They are a family-owned business with fair pricing (especially compared to a different company I tried once that charged three times as much) and technicians who go above and beyond. Every interaction has been positive, professional, and reliable. If you're looking for a plumbing company that truly cares, look no further.

I had a leaky shower and figured the cartridge needed to be replaced. I thought I could do it myself, but my wife insisted I get a professional to look at it. Fair enough, amateur plumbing is a risk at best. Called Bill Metzger and they were immediately responsive and available - even offering same-day service if I wanted, but I asked them to come the next day. They sent Moris and he was fantastic. Turns out I couldn't have done this myself. I got the right part, but it needed some adjustments to work properly as a replacement for what I had. He spent a couple hours making sure it worked exactly right. During that time he was careful and respectful of our home, and very patient with me observing and asking questions. He also quoted me the price up front and although at first it seemed a bit high to me, given all the work he did it was definitely worth it. I anticipate we'll use them again for any other issues that crop up, though hopefully it'll be a good long while before then (no offense).

Vince showed up n time. Checked out all my plumbing and gave me two quotes for different things possible needed in the future. He wrote a statement if the condition of all the plumbing that was necessary to retain home owners insurance. And last but not least he ran up and down my street looking for my dog that had just escaped from an open door. Bless his heart. When I need anything plumbing I will call Metzger Plumbing and request Vince!

Ever since I've using Bill Metzger Plumbing I have had exceptional service. I feel the need to write this because, I thought maybe I was having trouble with my tankless water heater and I called them on a Friday at 1 PM and they were at my house before 3 PM. Since nothing was wrong and he did all kinds of safety checks, Gregory still didn't even charge me a minimal service fee or anything of the sort. They treat their customers very well and are ""Johnny on the spot"" when calling them.. thanks Gregory! Evan has helped me most of the times, I've needed something and I can't say enough about the professionalism and politeness! Thanks again guys!!!

Monte returned to our house after a year or so and was extremely friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly. It was great having someone who previously lived in our neighborhood and knew all the plumbing challenges on our street. Monte did good fast work it was nice to have another chat with him.

Thank you Jacob and Bill Metzger (owner) for making good on a sump pump repair. We only use your company for repairs and service as Jacob is a highly knowledgeable, courteous, informed plumber. He was on vacation the time we needed him and waited for his return to manage our plumbing situation. We also appreciated Bill M's willingness to work with us. Great company and great staff!

I'm disappointed with this Metzger Plumbing company. They are Ridiculously overpriced! They charged almost $600 for just a couple hours of work to detect a slab leak and cap off the leak. Also the problem isn't fixed because with their inflated prices I was afraid to use them to run a new water pipe to bypass the slab leak. The problem is still there..
l won't be hiring them for any future projects.
