I Highly Recommend Bill Metzger Plumbing! Besides having their name stick out in my mind from seeing their company trucks throughout Orange County, I called them based on their numerous, outstanding 4.9-star reviews, to request service in a hurry for a leak I had on my refrigerator. I called their office at 8:30 this morning and Alex was very professional, courteous, and understanding. He sent his Technician, Thristan, to my home within one hour. Thristan was also courteous and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my water leak. I initially thought I had to replace a defective shut off valve (which would have meant cutting into the drywall and putting a new kit in which would have cost several hundred dollars), but he was honest and explained that it was not necessary.
Bill Metzger's website mentions they pride themselves with being family owned with 'values', and after my positive experience today, it's clear that they instill that in their employees.

I was able to make an appointment quickly with no extra charge for a weekend water heater flush service. The technician arrived on schedule, did a great job, and took the time to explain the process to us. The only awkward issue was regarding the cost of the service. When I made the appointment, I was quoted a price for the service, and I verified this cost with a second person who called to confirm the appointment. During the service call, the technician informed me several times that was the wrong price for that service and it should have been almost 2.5 times more than the initial quote. He finally honored the original quote but I felt uncomfortable being put in the position of discussing a confirmed and verified charge with him. Perhaps having documentation of that original quote in the technician's paperwork would have eliminated this confusion.

I had a leak beneath a kitchen cabinet that was not related to the sink or dishwasher. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a cost and performed the repair. They couln't have been better, fast, friendly, and professional.

We needed shower and tub fixtures installed (2 bathrooms) and we needed the work to be done as soon as possible. Laura was very pleasant, and was able to have a plumber out (Alfonso) the next day to give the estimate. As we wanted brushed nickle not chrome, he had to order the parts but was able to come back 2 days later (Ariel the scheduler was very nice). Alfonso and his assistant Gavin were efficient and polite.
