Lance from Kossman Plumbing did in awesome job in repairing a radon pipe that was leaking water in my attic. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem and had the repair finished in no time. He arrived for the repairs within 5 minutes of when he told me that he would be at my house. Exceptional job! Thanks again!

Longtime customers of Bill Kossan Plumbing. Randy came to the house yesterday to check out a leak and today sent Lance out to do the job, which involved knocking through a wall to replace a large section of one of the cast iron stacks which had cracked. Lance arrived right on time and was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Very reasonable price. Would recommend without any reservations!

I had a serious (to me) problem on a weekend. I called them Sunday and Randy agreed to come out the first thing Monday morning. He and his helper arrived as promised, correctly diagnosed the problem and spent the better part of 7 hours properly working on and correcting the problem. It was a big issue and required a lot of physical labor which they dove into without complaint. I recommend this company without reservation and would give them 10 stars if I could.

One of our hot water tanks died. They couldn't fix it that day, because of other commitments. This was okay, since our other tank handles most showers and sinks. But Lance came out as soon as he could to stop the leaking tank from causing any damage to the house. It wasn't long until he was back, putting in a new tank and correcting some related plumbing issues. You want plumbers that are professional, highly skilled, fair, honest, dependable, neat (and friendly to the dog)? These are your guys.

I called Bill Kossan Plumbing to have a gas line to a new dryer updated/repaired. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy, who was very friendly and professional. A day prior, Gillece quoted the repair job to cost approximately $780. Randy completed the work for $185. He even gave me a Veteran's discount after learning that both my husband and I served in the U.S. Navy. Needless to say, Bill Kossan Plumbing has made a customer for life.
