I truly can't say enough good things about Bill, Jesus, and Jacob. They have been out twice now and they are quick and do things the right way the first time. The first time I called was at the recommendation of my dad, a seasoned contactor, when we had a leaking toilet emergency. Jesus was able to get there that morning! This time, we needed our kitchen sink and pipes replaced because they were leaking and Jacob was very honest with me and let me know that we will probably want to look at having the whole house re-piped because our old pipes are corroding and it would be more expensive for us to do it in patches. Bill called immediately after the work was done on the sink to make sure I was happy and was able to schedule to come out within a week to give us an estimate for the re-pipe. They are not just looking for a big job they want their customers to be happy and avoid major issues down the road. That's what makes them the best and that's why people continue to go back to them time after time.
Their service is unmatched by any other plumber I have ever called and they are so friendly! They come with a recommendation from a contractor who says that if he has to have work done on his house Bill is the only one that he would call and to me that speaks more to their work than any other review.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration of trying to find a good plumber and just call Bill!

Bill was great. We needed a new water heater. He provided excellent advice, his pricing was fair, and the service was timely and efficient. He also took care of an old faulty water pressure regulator (unknown problem) - demonstrating the pressure issue and explaining the potential impact. We will definitely call on Bill if we need a plumber in the future. Thanks Bill!!

Bill was very friendly and accomodating. I had some issues with my closing date on my house and Bill worked around my schedule. On the day of service, His team was on time and ready to go. Jacob showed up and did some work on my water heater that also needed to be blocked and strapped as well as the water regulator needed to be replaced. took care of all my needs and replaced six faucents in the house. Overall very impressed with the professionalism of Bill King Plumbing and will not hesitate to call if any other plumbing problems arise.

I would give 10 stars if possible. I called on a Monday afternoon for a leaky bathroom sink pipe, which i knew was not an emergency. Bill told me he would be able to have someone come look the next day. Sure enough, Jacob was sent out and within an hour or so he had the problem fixed. The price was well under the number I had in my head prior to his arrival. It is nice to know there is a local Canyon Country family business that I call for anything plumbing related. Luckily I haven't needed a plumber much in the past, but I will be sure to call Bill King plumbing next time I do. Thank you!

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our family room. I called Bill king plumbing. I was told they would be here by 830 the next day. 828 two employees showed up, one Jacob and a worker. I showed him my concerns. We had three issues. They took their time diagnosed the problem. Gave us the solution. It was a two day process. One to fix the leak by cutting open the ceiling. They had to let everything dry up before fixing the rest. He didn't have the regular either or the copper flex hose for the water heater. As soon as they left I received a phone call from owner asking how service was. I was absolutely pleased. When they came back to finish only the worker came. He covered everything and finished the ceiling and the rest of the jobs. Such professionalism was awesome.

If you want quality plumbing done definitely call them.

Bill King is the best plumber around, hands down! I've used him twice and both times, he's been great. He returned my call right away and was at my house 20 minutes later. He's so good, he saved my house from flooding just by hearing the sink run.
