This is a very long overdue review for Bill King and his crew. Hands down he is the best plumber in the Santa Clarita Valley. We have dealt with 4 other companies in our short time since moving up here and Bill feels like family. We wish we had met Bill when we first moved up here from the Valley.

This is a family owned business and his sons are already part of the company working for him, so you know that Bill King Plumbing will be around for generations. The second you meet Bill, you will feel the same. He is respectful, prompt, kind, lighthearted, knowledgable, and FAIR. As consumers, all we want is to not feel like we are being ripped off. We first met Bill when we had him in to look at our home to repipe the entire home. We had 4 different quotes and not only was he the lowest, he was THE MOST thorough, gave the most in his package, took the time to educate us through the entire process of repiping, and even took the time to talk to our cabinet installers to coordinate the reconstruction of our sink.

Our quote also included the replacement of our water heater. We had hoped that our water heater would make it to our repipe, but sadly, it failed a few weeks before we were supposed to have Bill do our work...over the weekend of course. Not only did Bill walk us through shutting everything off, he ended up coming over on a Sunday while he was in the middle of his dinner.

When you are a Bill King customer, you are family. He makes that very clear. If you don't get him on the phone right away, he will call you back as soon as he is able. I have never received the kind of service from a tradesperson out here in the way that I've received service from Bill. If you have plumbing needs, don't even bother calling someone else. Call Bill and be happy knowing that you have a plumber you can rely on for life.

After many years of galvanized pipes we decided to replace them. Bill King Plumbing did a superb job with the piping and new NuvoH2O water filtration/softening system. We have more pressure and the water tastes great! Their work was fast and clean. All the people who came were very nice and professional. We will continue to call of them for all of our plumbing needs.

A few months ago... we were referred to Bill King Plumbing for an issue we had in our condo. For some reason, every time we turned on the faucet or shower for cold water, it would come out hot. I couldn't be more grateful for Bill King Plumbing fixing the issue so quickly. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. The shower cartridge was replaced in less than an hour and everything was working back to normal.

I was surprised when I told him what my problem was and as soon as he had my address he told me someone was on the way. Jacobo showed up shortly afterward and went right to work. He worked efficiently and quickly. My fixture now works better than it has in twenty years.

My Family and ran into a difficult situation a few months back via a main line stoppage. I had contacted Bill a few months prior concerning an additional question and he was HONEST, GENUINE, and simply AMAZING to communicate with. With that said, I didn't hesitate on who I would call this time. I called Bill and he listened, shared his thoughts, and planned an appointment with me. He sent Axel and his crew out the very next day. Let's just say....the service was BEYOND exceptional. I couldn't thank them enough and price was incredibly reasonable. Ultimately, just want to say THANK YOU to Bill and staff and please know, you have found a customer for life!!!

We've had Bill and his guys do some work at our house sporadically over the years and they've always been fantastic. On Saturday we woke up to a major water leak and sewage backup. I called Bill early and left a voicemail. Within minutes I had a call back, he took the time to walk us through some trouble shooting and immediately had an on call worker on the way.

Bill's guys arrived promptly, were friendly and professional, and immediately got to work, all despite being called out on a Saturday morning. On top of all that, they've never once been unreasonable about the price

I can't recommend Bill King Plumbing highly enough, they are consistently the best. I selfishly hope he never retires, it's a relief having someone so professional and truly caring about his customers in the SCV. It's too bad I can only give them 5 stars, they deserve more.

We have had Bill Kings Calvary show up twice now to our house, and each time they are polite, respectful and diligent. They go the extra mile to do everything that they possibly can to fix the entire problem.
Both times the problem had them momentarily stumped but that did not slow them down for a moment. They will ferret it out - and all while keeping the most pleasant attitudes I have ever seen. I recommend them to anyone. They are truly good , salt of the earth people.

Best plumber in Santa Clarita. Family owned business. Very honest and professional. Prompt service when you need it. I have used them 3 or 4 times. They replace my toilets for me. Did a great job for a very fair price. I would share photo, but it is a toilet.

Bill King and Team are truly amazing have been using him for years and any plumbing problems I have had Bill has always been the guy I'd call. From hot water to leaks to replacing valves in my home. Always professional and never worry about them knowing how to solve any issues I had. Have had a lot of last minute calls and Bill has his guys here quick and doing the work. Very clean and knowledgeable workers and would truly refer them to anyone and everyone. He's very reasonable with his rates and if you have another issue come up they solve it right than and there not that they have to come back to do the job. Had them replace my main valve and Bill had someone out that day replacing it and I was surprised how reasonable he was with the price. Great work and company....Thanks Bill for years of being a great plumbing company that has knowledgeable employees and knowing when I don't what the actual problem is.
