Unless you have total flexibility on scheduling, avoid Bill Kappus Plumbing. I made three appointments with them to address significant plumbing problems. They set the work dates--then cancelled each one the night before work was to begin. They are, moreover, dismissive of client concerns, noting that they already have more work than they can handle. That ""problem"" should diminish If enough potential customers become aware of the company's unprofessional behavior.
