Nothing but 5 star reviews, I was skeptical. However I called him to give me quotes on replacing my water heater with a tankless and with a tank.
He came out at my convenience and we talked about the options and prices. Right from the beginning I was at ease and not pressured, he know his stuff and just laid it out for me. I decided just to have him replace the water heater with such a good price and quality. He came back on-time and finished in the the time he said he would, even though he to correct more problems that I had hidden behind the tank. When finished the area was cleaner than when he started. As a plumber you don't need to look any farther and Bill himself, well he is the kind of guy you who love to talk to during summer day bar-b-que.

Bill is the guy to call. I made the mistake of hiring a handy man to do a plumbing job and Bill saved my bacon. He fixed the leaking pipe IN the slab and finished the job like it should have been done in the first place. I learned my lesson, and now Bill is my go to plumber. Bill was great! He came out on extremely short notice to troubleshoot and fix the gas line my dad was having trouble installing. Came to my house at the end of the day after working all day and stayed late to make sure the problem was fixed. He is extremely trustworthy and has reasonable prices. Bill is simply the sweetest & most honest plumber (and person) I have ever met. A pipe in my front yard burst. It was ""after hours"" and I couldn't get ANYONE to help me. My neighbors ran to my aid, as did an AT&T employee who happened to be driving by. None of us could budge the water main to shut it off. Bill arrived quickly, shut off the water, fixed the issue, waited for everything to work and was also a pleasure to hang with. His wife is so sweet and kind, too! There is NO NEED FOR ANY OTHER PLUMBER. JUST CALL BILL.

RELIABLE, COMPETENT, HONEST, CLEAN, AND EASY TO WORK WITH. Great plumber and helpful!
Last July my water heater stopped heating water. Two of the larger local plumbing companies recommended replacement, and their quotes were OUTRAGEOUS!...$2,900+ for a 40 gal. water heater, simply because it is located in a hallway closet in an upper level condo.
Bill insisted on trying to fix the problem thermostat/igniter first, and he did so in about 1.5 hrs. He disassembled the igniter and soldered in a tiny little part onsite.
My 26+ y/o water heater has worked great since then!
Needless to say, we will be calling Bill first for all future plumbing issues.:-).
