In the spring of 2017 I had Bill Jackson rip out an old water softener and put in a new one and do some re-piping. Mr. Jackson came with two helpers and explained everything upfront and provided me a quote over the phone. His work was efficient quick and very customer focused. I would highly recommend using him. I also used him to do some of the things in a very large home remodel involving the plumbing of the kitchen sink and installation of water faucets in my home. He also replaced some exterior spigots at my house. Again he does everything you would expect from a plumber plus he has good customer service which is hard to find.

Bill and his team are awesome. We needed a new hot water heater at our home in Safety Harbor. Bill was very responsive. He worked with the distributor to get a new one under warranty. They showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

i hired this plumber to complete various plumbing work in my home. first finish a job by putting together and installing all the shower pieces a prior contractor took out of the box and left lying in the bathroom. this plumber could not do this. he said that i had to buy a new set (costing about $800) i ended up looking on line for the missing parts, calling kohler and getting them shipped to me for free. another plumber was able to put all the pieces together. in addition, the control of the shower was improperly installed and stuck out about an inch. bill jackson recommended that i look for a piece to place around the control. another plumber took one look at the back of the shower which was merely screwed on. he unscrewed the back, moved the fixture back in about 30 minutes. bill jackson also charged me $500 for installing the water pipes to my bbq. i am now getting ready to start using the grill and to my amazement, no plumbing was ever done! plumber jackson told me that all that was left was to """"hook up"""" the sink to the pipes. i would never recommend this plumber to anyone.

Bill Jackson is one of the rare breeds that's fair priced, does what he says he's going to do and goes the extra steps when it's needed. He came out and replaced my garbage disposal way less than the first quote. Excellent job! A week later he fixed my toilet and I swear it operates better than it has ever been. He did his magic on my second toilet as well. My shower faucet was getting hard to turn. He replaced the cartridge and it spins with one finger. Had him replace the drain to a newer pop up. Works great! I'm also going to promote Fa and Edgar Macedo Phone/Text: (201) 455-1025. When my leaking garbage disposal ruined my cabinet floor, by the graces of God, I found FA and Edgar. Their specialty is cleaning, but they also do handyman work. They did a magnificent job replacing the floor. Their clean up was way over the top. Keep these people on your """"who to call"""" list.

Just called Bill Jackson Plumbing to take care of a variety of plumbing issues around the house. We had a leaking shower basin, an occasionally leaking toilet fill valve, and a malfunctioning water softener. He came out to the house within 3 hours of my first call and quickly fixed all three issues. Total bill was extremely reasonable (I was expecting $200+ and he came in well under that. Completely professional, friendly, clean and thorough. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
