Bill Howe is great, I don't know why I even wasted my time bothering with Mauzy who wanted an arm and a leg. I had my AC unit moved to the side of my home, my technician Eduardo handled it in a timely matter and it looks great. They were able to get this done within a week of me contacting them, which is fast considering we were in a heat wave and the whole Covid 19 scare.

I had a gas line leak that ran under a large courtyard of saltillo tile. I was most fortunate to get Corey Koenen from Bill Howe Plumbing to do the work. He was extremely knowledgeable , thorough, and thoughtful. Corey and his partner Daniel never stopped working from digging, pulling up tiles, laying new gas lines , obtaining timely inspections, etc. and leaving the work site spotless each evening. Each day brought new glitches requiring extensive problem solving . Corey's expertise and extensive experience in dealing with gas lines was most evident and I know who to call if it ever happens again. They were the best!

I had Bill Howe fix a simple leak underneath my house in January of 2020.Well today being 4-18-20 I go underneath my house to check it out.To my surprise its still leaking, and I find that theirs so much water down there that it looks like its been leaking easily for weeks if not months So I call Bill and she says its no longer under warranty and that they want to charge me again for a leak that I already paid to get fixed. So now I find myself with a leak and out over 700.00 dollars for a leak that did not get fixed. I guess the old saying is true. If you want something done right fix it yourself! UPDATE! 4-19-20. Shortly after my 4-18-20 review. Bill responds! And says they can send a tech out the next day to inspect the work.Next day being a Sunday. I say you don't have to send someone on Sunday since its not an emergency and that it can wait till Monday or later but if your willing to send someone on Sunday I'll take you up on it. So today being Sunday the tech shows up and fixes the leak ,or so he says he has for I am not about to crawl underneath my house to check his work.I'm over 60 so I'll crawl under there at my discetion. I aplaude Bill""s timely response.I hope the leak is fixed for good this time.By the way I was not charged for any work done today. UPDATE! 5-7-20 I finally go underneth my house and find no leak. Thanks Bill Howe for honering your work!

Great company that hires great individuals. John was my repair man and he called and gave me a heads up on when he was showing up. He was very nice, approachable, and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it which made plumbing seem very fun and enjoyable. He made quick work and cleaned up afterwards leaving my toilet and pipes looking brand new. I would definitely do business again with Bill Howe's Plumbing and recommend John.

Our kitchen sink drain suddenly clogged several feet down the line. It was after normal hours when I called Bill Howe. Less than a half hour later a technician called to say he would arrive in about 20 minutes. When he arrived, Scott proceeded to clear the blockage about 10 feet down the line with a mechanical snake. Service was prompt and professional. Bill Howe continues to be our go-to plumber.
