They claim a 30-day ""warranty service"" for drain cleaning, however, they turned around and charged for a second call back when they only snaked the first line 25-30' and pushed it further down the line but nowhere near the 4'"" city main 100' away. The return call finally pulled it up, and got a bill for it again. I called twice to ask about the bill and never got a return call. So I just paid it and will call a different drain cleaner/plumber next time. Looks like another contractor with plenty of budget for marketing and commercials but none for customer service/training.

We unfortunately had to have our heater replaced and was out of hot water for 3 days due to a very inept worker from another company giving us the run around and not able to fix the situation.

We felt very frustrated and marginalized over the service we received from that company.

We got recommended to try Bill Howe. l.

Our technicians name was Travis Raynor and I must say he put us at ease with his knowledge, his professionalism and his reassuring attitude. Being a military veteran that has traveled all over the world, Travis was head and shoulders above the many techs I have had work done for me.

He was very genuine and I felt like he was a friend.

Our heater was installed and he educated us on very helpful things about the operations and maintenance of heaters.

I would give this company a 100 if I could.

Had a kitchen drain clogged. Called Bill Howe and they couldn't come out that day so I called a competitor (ASR Rescue Rooter). ASR tried to snake clean it to no avail. Then they tried to water jet it, to no avail. Then they sent in the line camera inside the pipes and saw the clog, as well as a low spot in the line unrelated to the clog. ASR wanted to charge me over $8000 after discounts to...REPLACE MOST OF MY PIPES IN THE HOUSE!!! I asked for another option and was told there was no other option. Anytime someone tells me there are no options, I look for another option.
Thanksgiving was next day and I called Bill Howe again, knowing they either couldn't come out that day or would charge an extra amount (rightly so) for after hours or holiday, so I asked for service the day after. Technician Mike came out, looked at the drain and said he would snake it. About 15 minutes later the clog was cleared and he was done. An $8000 job from the other guys cost me $89 from Bill Howe. THEY KNOW HOW(e)!!!

I was lucky enough to have the best experience with a professional plumber , Ron. He was experienced, friendly, and a gentleman. He figured out the problem and fixed it even with the shower knobs being over a hundred years old, he had the parts and hardware to install and repair. Thank you Ron. I will happily use this company again knowing they are honest, friendly, professional and nice.

Had a plumbing issue on Saturday and they sent someone out right away. They put a camera down the line and our 92 year old pipes are broken and missing in some places. The technician who came was very polite and thorough. He said that it looked like the pipe would need to be replaced but that he would submit the video to the ""line guy"" and they would not only send me the video on Monday but also an estimate to fix it. No video or estimate sent to me on Monday. I had to call today and ask for the video that I paid $440 for to be emailed to me. I also told them that since they had not sent a quote for the work that we called someone else and they came out today, looked at the problem and scheduled us for repairs next week. The gentleman didnt even seem to care that we called someone else. I guess they are ok with losing a $10,000+ job. Will not be recommending them or using them in the future.

I am so happy I called Bill Howe! First of all they showed up in a timely manner and were able to quickly assess the leak in my bathroom wall. They were extremely friendly and kept me in the loop with what work needed to be done. This was my first time using Bill Howe and it will definitely be my first call next time I have an issue! I have tried other plumbing companies, but no one beats Bill Howe's prices and professionalism!

What a fantastic experience (and I say this even though my shower problem hasn't been fixed yet). Michael Hoover was great! He came over in a mask, put on gloves, and booties over his shoes, and went to work! He gave a best and worst case scenario and spent more time than was necessary, and probably more time than he had, to try to find parts and contact my landlords. Although many obstacles were thrown at him, I now know the plan and I know that my shower will be fixed properly as soon as the parts are found to do so.

We called Bill Howe because my daughter dropped her Mimi's dentures in the toilet. They sent Daniel swift out who was very professional, explained everything before starting and most importantly was wearing a mask. By far the best service man I've had in a long time And will continue to only use Bill Howe plumbing has long as Daniel Swift is around. And if you were wondering yes he found the dentures!!!!
