Kudos to Jeremy Cole from Bill Frey the Plumbing Guy. Jeremy replaced our worn our SinkErator and cleared a troublesome drain clog (Painters! Arrgh!) Our home is about 26 years old and so the plumbing is not up to current standards. Jeremy carefully explained just what snaking the sink line involved and the potential for damage. He then carefully located the source of the clogged line and with considerable effort was able to clear it. Now it runs like a dream! He also encouraged us to use a biological drain cleaner to keep things moving smoothly and to keep our painter away from the sink! The whole Fry operation was a joy to work with from the courteous and efficient office staff to Jeremy who arrived on time and kept us in the loop about his ETA. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Fry Guy again and would specifically ask for Jeremy. Considering how hard Jeremy worked to clear the plug, the charge was a great value.

Our gas line to a fireplace was leaking. Bill Fry and his team came out right away and managed the whole process of permits/inspections/fixes. They did a great job which allowed me to get my gas turned back on!
