Thank you Thank you Thank you Bill Frusco! A Beauty Salon without hot water on a Saturday is not a good thing! Thanks to Frusco Plumbing we called and they arrived and fixed our hot water heater by 10am! Great job, speedy service and a thorough friendly worker!

They appeared to be a reputable outfit, but it turns out it's just their advertising. They state they have the latest technology for drain cleaning, but they clearly do not. The website states $149 for this service, but it starts at $199. A young mechanic showed up and gave a veiled attempt to clear the line before quoting thousands to dig up the yard and replace the curb trap. The next day, a different outfit arrived and fully cleared the drain. I called Frusco Plumbing back asked for their thoughts about this and the service manager's answer was, ""They got lucky"". Caught off guard, that conversation ended quickly.

I've been a customer of Frusco Plumbing for ten years and I've seen their repair service deteriorate. While the women in the office are most gracious, their technicians seem rudimentary in skill level and you hardly ever see the same technician twice. Thank the Lord I woke up during the early morning to detect the smell of gas leaking from a boiler repair performed the previous day. Frusco Plumbing could benefit from quality assurance audits to measure performance and quality of work in order to maintain standards of integrity. You have to do better, lives are priceless, I could care less about a lawsuit.

Called on Sunday, and the technician was at my home Monday afternoon. My garbage disposal and an issue with my shower were completed quickly. The price was reasonable. I definitely recommend Frusco Plumbing.

I had 2 furnaces and a main sewer line replaced by Frusco plumbing and never had an issue. The latest furnace needed several adjustments after installation and Frusco always came out the same day to make the adjustments. Highly recommend.

I live on roosevelt blvd and on july 25th while i was at work the crew dug up an electric line and severed it creating a power outage on my block because they did not care to ""call before they dug"" any utilities. When i returned home later that day my power was still out and all of the fish in my 90 gallon reef tank along with a majority of my corals were dead. About 10 years and $4000 investment gone. I called and asked for Bill and asked for him to call me back twice. No call back.

I purchased my second home in 2016 and was referred to Bill Frusco by my realtor. Thank goodness because the water heater that came with my house was 20 years old. His team came in (with booties), removed my old water heater and seamlessly installed a brand new 50 gallon Bradford & White heater. Needless to say it's been performing amazingly well.

Most recently I scheduled Bills team to come and service my Carrier HVAC unit. Again, they entered my home with booties,explained and walked me through all that needed to be done. I will continue to use Bill Frusco and highly recommend him to any and all looking for a top notch, quality, experienced plumber.

My kitchen sink broke on Saturday night and I called them on Monday, the day before the Fourth of July as I had to have my sink fixed before the Holiday. (They came out in December to fix my kitchen sink and the pipe broke again). The two workers who came out were very helpful and thoroughly reviewed the situation. Instead of just replacing the pipe they looked at the source of my problem first and went to the basement which no one ever did before. They replaced the pipe, got to the route of the problem and I didn't have to pay anything as it was covered under warranty.
