Bill and his boys are awesome! Honest, professional, no b/s. They do good work.
Dean just fixed my kitchen sink and dishwasher after a recent move. He isolated the problem, dug out parts from his truck to make everything work and gave me a great lesson in how my disposal works!
Price was totally reasonable and the work was top notch.

Bill came by during the busy holiday week when alot of people were out of town. He was very sweet and fixed a broken toilet that he luckily had the spare parts for.

Zero interpersonal and customer service skills. Bill decided that it was all too hard because I actually wanted to understand what the issue was with my plumbing. He stormed out, saying ""I don't have time for this"". Unbelievable!

Bill Bragg Plumbing installed my big water heater in a small space. They did a great job. Friendly, efficient and skilled--all you could ask for.

We were delighted with Dean from Bill Bragg Plumbing. We called late on Thursday afternoon with a clog that could not be solved with Drano. He called us back and scheduled to come the next morning at 8:00. He was here right on time. He quickly cleaned out the clogged pipe and educated us on not using Drano because it weakens the pipes. We then asked him to look at a slow draining bathroom sink. He said he needed to check the pipes first to make sure they weren't weakened before he put a snake down. Sure enough, you could press in on part of the pipe so he ended up having to replace all the pipes under the sink. It now drains better than it has in years. He had all the parts he needed with him, which was great. His charges were very reasonable. We will call him again the next time we have a plumbing problem.

Thomas is the best plumber I've ever met. He tried troubleshooting an issue with me from the phone for free on my first call. Then he came over an hour later and checked on me, fixing some stuff 'guerilla-plumber' style and advising me how I could fix the issue myself for free. No charge for this friendly counsel. Turns out, I Iack the cool hand of a seasoned repairman, and couldn't repair it myself. So he'll now be appropriately compensated as an expert should be -
Still, I learned how to dislodge a stopped-up drain, after RainbowDraino and picking at it with a coat hanger failed (HINT: Use the coat hanger, but add a plunger and a bottle of soap).
LESSON: Trust you and your landlord's home investment to a professional - you could cost more with the havoc you wreak).
Extra credit for Bill Bragg (Thomas): Responding to texts with pictures of a broken toilet seat at 11:30pm (toilet porn) and bringing a new seat tomorrow. Wow! At best, I hoped he saw it in the morning and had some spare parts...Cheers!

After calling 5 other plumbers who have no availability the last one said ""call Bill Bragg."" I called and he pulled over while driving to take down the details. Someone came by a couple of hours later to deal with my ""leaky kitchen pipe"" which was actually a super simple matter of screwing the faucet hose tighter. Literally. I felt so dumb that it was such as simple solution. These guys didn't talk down to me or get mad about it and didn't charge despite coming out for the call. A+++ friendly/honest service. Next time I have a REAL plumbing issue I won't be calling around....I'll be calling these guys first!

I have used Bill a couple of times without problems, fast and knows his trade, but I have left 3 messages on both his phones, so far (3days) no answer. Sorry too say i have to move on as this time, thank goodness its not an emergency.....need someone dependable.

Called these guys and they came by promptly to snake out my slow-draining bathroom sink. A simple job well executed. $105 seemed like a fair price to me.

I'm having a washer and dryer delivered/installed today. Or rather, had it delivered but couldn't have it installed because I need the floor pan, which hooks up to the drain, replaced. Sears suggested I call a plumber, so I called Bill Bragg -- the reviews are so great!
Whoever picked up the phone just said, ""Hello?""
""Uh, hi,"" I said, ""I think I need a plumber.""
""Okay,"" he said. Long pause. Am I missing the memo about secret plumber telephone code?
So I explained the situation and without taking the time to ask me what my timeframe was or letting me know when he was available he simply said, ""Nope, we don't have time for that. Thanks, dear,"" and hung up.
Dear? Well, Muffin, next time you don't have time, please don't waste mine answering my call. It just felt all around not-professional is all I'm sayin'. It sounds like his work is great, I just won't even bother trying him in the future.
[Edit: I just called 24/7 Rooter and the guy who answered the phone was friendly, told me someone could be here in half an hour to give me a free estimate, and told me that yes, they do accept credit cards. Whoo!]
